Suite Beach Bungalow D302 ~ Resort Surroundings Steps from the Ocean

The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed at North Coast Village. The owners have taken the time to make the condo really comfortable. High end products have been used to make the condo look great. We will definitely book this condo for future stays.

The condo exceeded our expectations we love this condo. We have stayed in varies condo in this complex this is for sure our favorite. It was clean with wonderful upgrades the owner thought about the little details to make this a great home away from home. the views are amazing, listening to the waves at night and the sunsets.

We all LOVED staying at this beautiful ocean front condo!! I thought it was unlikely to be as amazing as the other reviews made it sound, only to find out it exceeded them! It was well appointed, with much more offered than I anticipated (snacks, beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon, beach towels, ac units in each bedroom, nice soaps, tons of kitchen gear, etc). The owners have thought of everything!! The beach was easy to access and clean. We had no issue with noise levels even though it was a busy holiday weekend. The other guests were very friendly. The condo was close to the elevator which is also close to the assigned underground parking spot-easy in and out. All of us said we'd rent this again either together as a group of friends or individually with our families along. The owner was incredibly responsive via text message with any questions we had leading up to and during the stay. Best experience I've had at a VRBO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful relaxing stay. Host was so kind to answer questions. It is more beautiful than the pictures. The views are spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic location and views and a clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed every moment! We took advantage of the wagon, boogie boards and umbrella. We swam in the pool, used the BBQ and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Appreciate the clear and welcoming communication too! We’ll be back!

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and decorated fabulously. The had spices and coffee and more. The owner thought about the little details including a beach wagon. I will be renting again!

Best views of Oceanside. Thoughtful touches throughout the unit. Coffee and snacks aplenty. Boogie boards, chairs, everything needed to stay all day on the beach, but the unit was so amazing, my family could have stayed inside all day. Will be back next summer!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Our party of 3 adults and 2 teens loved the location and amenities. All the beach needs were provided, we loved the resort style pool and spa. There was easy access to to downtown and parking was provided with the unit. We could fall asleep listening to the ocean, and enjoy breakfast overlooking the strand. Definitely a spot we will revisit!

Beautiful accomodations with an ocean view from every room. Clean and neat with wonderful upgrades throughout. Highly recommended!

Tamara was a perfect and honorable host. She reached out a couple of weeks before our arrival, warning of the dredging of the ocean and offered us a refund. Communication was top notch. The property was immaculate. Very clean, with every amenity you could think of. The remodel of the unit was very tasteful and we enjoyed our time in the rental. The property itself is very nice. Pool, two spas, a gym, pool, ping pong, and putting greens. Enough to keep the family entertained.

Beautiful newly renovated and gorgeous property. Perfect for our needs of Grandparents and family with grandkids. Everything you could need is provided. Amazing views, we all wanted to stay longer. Great communicative host as well.

Exceptional location (of complex and unit), Exceptional condo (high end, comfy, and everything you need), Exceptional ownership (responsive ... including Christmas Eve service call by repair person and owner). Best overall VRBO we have ever visited. Owner clearly interested in maximizing your experience. Every little detail has been taken care of including wagon for beach chairs, cooler for beach, ping pong paddles/balls, Christmas tree and lights (seasonal I assume), amazing deck with amazing views (including sunrise and sunset from all rooms), drawer with often forgotten essentials (toothbrush, finger nail clippers, etc...), easy to use TV's, and much more. You won't regret Suite Beach Bungalow.

What a beautiful place! The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is sparkling clean with great amenities and thoughtful welcome items like cookies and popcorn. Two balconies with ocean views. We could see dolphins and surfers while we drank our coffee. Walking distance to all of the restaurants (my 88 year old mother was able to walk down the boardwalk to dinner). The host was super helpful and responsive. Can't wait to go back! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Places just been remodeled and is beautiful with a great location next to the beach. Everything needed was on property and exceptionally clean

D302 WAS BY FAR THE CLEANEST AND MOST BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED VRBO CONDO RENTAL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, AND I HAVE STAYED IN SEVERAL AROUND THE WORLD. THE VIEWS WERE SENSATIONAL, THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE POOL AND JACUZZI AREAS WERE VERY CLEAN AND LARGER THAN MOST. THERE WERE BEACH TOYS AND ACCESSORIES, WONDERFUL TOWELS, BOOGIE BOARDS, ETC.THE ABILITY TO SEE THE BEACH FROM EVERY ROOM IN CONDO, INCLUDING THE KITCHEN, WAS VERY SPECIAL AND RELAXING.THE HOST WAS THE MOST RESPONSIVE AND KIND HOST EVER, EVEN TAKING HER TIME TO SUPPLY WATER, APPLES AND BANANAS FOR MY TIRED GRANDCHILDREN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT FOR THE PERFECT BEACH VACATION
