Mattress was too firm for my wife. Would have preferred bed pillows to be a medium thickness (something between the 2 provided)

Went to stay at the location and did not feel safe enough in the neighborhood to stay overnight and had to book an alternate stay in a different location. We did not even make it to the house because we felt like we were being watched

This small condo was perfect for our trip. It was close to the bus line that took you to the main downtown area. We used public transportation everywhere we went. The bus and rail system was great, and people were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet with a comfortable bed.

A lovely little place. There was a bit of a musty smell in the front room, but it was a cozy space.

Good location with a quick drive to downtown areas, property felt safe and secure, comfortable bedding, good for a weekend trip to Boston! Well stocked with supplies, I appreciated having the off street parking spot, I enjoyed the small space with seating area outside. The tenants upstairs were not loud overnight which was much appreciated.

This was my second time in this cute little basement home. It is cozy, small, yet functional. It is very nice to get there and have a little courtesy gift waiting in the refrigerator. :) Thank you!

What this place has for small size, it surely makes up for how neat, clean and nice everything is. If you’re looking for an alternative to a hotel for a few nights, with a nice, small yet functional kitchen (no oven, only oven-top) this is definitely the way to go. No TV in the living room (it’s in the bedroom). But I brought my ipad! ;)

The accommodation was clean upon arrival (we did find multiple spiders during our stay) and the email provided was well organized and provided all needed information. I will say make sure to really read through the description. They are up front that the ceiling height is only a little over 6 feet as this is a basement apartment but, it is very small - the shower I had hard time trying to wash my hair as I was hitting my elbow off the wall, two people can't be in the kitchen area at the same time. It also states there is a full size fridge this is not true - once we put a gallon of milk in there we could barely fit anything else. There are a lack of outlets in convenient places like by the bed. While there is a main door with a smart lock - the door inside the apartment has no lock - which did make us feel uneasy. There are also two doors that have locks on them that appear to be access points for the main unit. We checked in on Tuesday, we noticed the smart TV and our devices would lose wifi every 2-10 minutes. I reached out to the host who responded and said they would contact the service provider and get back to me right away. I sent a follow up message Thursday and Friday - to enquire about this and had made it clear to the host that I had work that needed to be completed - 72 hours later and they finally responded, we were disappointed in this level of customer service, it shouldn't take 72 hours for them to respond and at the very least check in.

We loved the area, the sense of community, and the charming park across the street. Locals were nice and helpful. Good pizza place, a Dunkin, and a great Colombian bakery just down the street as well. This is really a great location. We took Ubers to the city to do the Freedom Trail and there was always a car close-by. The rental itself was nicely appointed, we didn't want for anything, and we very much appreciated the welcome gift in the fridge! We spent time outside in a nice little sitting area, and we really appreciated the work the owners have done to make the little area outside charming with nice plants and landscaping. My only suggestion would be to keep fresh coffee in the freezer because the coffee in the container on the counter was a bit stale. No big deal with a Dunkin just down the road! All in all, a great stay.

We stayed here nine nights and overall we had a pleasant stay. This was a convenient location for us because we needed to travel between various areas of Boston and it's surroundings. The unit was thoughtfully supplied with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Even the bathroom was provisioned with some supplies. The parking space provided was invaluable (the parking laws in Boston and surrounding areas were a big wakeup call for us). One thing that was a bit annoying was the bed. Both my wife and I wound up in the middle of the bed during the night as if the mattress was shaped in a V down the middle. One other note is that a couple of outlets needs to be replaced because they barely held the plugs in place.
