Enjoy easy access to Sugarbush in this newly updated 3-bedroom North Lynx condo. At the first floor entrance, you will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen and nice valley views, the other one with two twin bunks (4 twins) This floor also has a half bathroom and a washer/dryer. Perfect area for kids or a family together.
Ascend the stairs to the living area that is open to the kitchen and dining area. The living area boasts a wood fireplace and a new pullout couch for extra sleeping space. The kitchen has been fully renovated with all new counters, updated cabinets, and a new tile floor. Enjoy the views of the Mad River valley from the adjoining outdoor balcony. A private bedroom with a queen bed is also on this floor along with a full bath.

Overall, this property met our needs well. The highlights included the open floor plan of the living room, dining area and kitchen combo. The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed, ample lighting, mirrors, closet and storage space. The views were outstanding from every window. The main full bathroom was nice, but the tub lacked the stopper so only showers, not baths, were possible. The second bedroom on the lower level was smaller with less storage space. The third bedroom with double bunk beds were enjoyed by the children. The half bathroom on that level was very tiny. That same level had a washer and dryer available, which was appreciated. The number of stairs from the parking area to our unit was not mentioned in the listing (to my recollection) and could be a factor for those with limited mobility. To carry luggage and coolers to the main level required climbing 43 steps, many of which were exposed to the outside elements. Cobwebs had to be dodged going up and down the inside staircase. Attention should be given to replacing the “non-stick” frying pan-skillet as it was way past non-stick. Considering the fees associated with this rental, which including a cleaning fee, we were definitely put off with being asked to strip the sheets…something we have never been asked to do before in any rental. We understood the other tasks relating to departure cleanup. Management should also investigate the oven, as it accidentally self-locked once.
The condo was nice and clean, however the outside leading up to the house needs some serious attention. There were sagging boards and loose stones. Also the metal was rusted and broken in spots.
The condo was recently remodeled and in better shape than many comparable placed we've stayed in VT. Would definitely stay again!
Thank you for hosting us at this beautiful home! Very clean and extremely well stocked. It also was very spacious and very nicely updated. The proximity to Sugarbush was really wonderful! We hope to stay here again sometime soon!
My three boys and I had a wonderful stay in this condo very close to slopes at Sugarbush! The condo was perfectly decorated, very clean, had everything we needed, and all around very tasteful and lovely. We would happily stay here again:)
