Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many units here and this is one of the nicest! The washer/dryer is an all in one unit and there weren’t any instructions so we wound up using the laundry facility in the building next door to dry items in a hurry. When we left, we forgot something in the room and management went over personally to retrieve it and store it until we could pick it up! They were wonderful to work with! Will come again!

The check in process and staff were great as well. Our unit was the only complaint. Unit 634. First, I expect properties to not be new and modern. I can even understand outdated appliances and furniture as long as they are clean. We had friends in two other units that were up dated and clean. Ours was very very out of date. That, I can deal with but the aged cigarette smoke was SO SO SO bad. I am sure the carpet it the original and this use to be a smoking unit and the smell has just stayed. I would stay here again, but never in this unit. It was so overwhelming.

The only ridiculous thing I think is the deposit of 1000 via check or cash. They basically push you to get insurance for 50$ . For the rest is perfect

Price was right.Bunk bed in guest room needs to be tightened up - frame was loose and shaky.Sugar Mountain needs to move into the 21st century and enable online ticket booking etc. Very archaic processes for actually skiing.Would stay in this unit again.
