Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor.Broken furniture Disgusting smell in condo throughout the stay.After staff was informed (twice) I was only thanked for telling them about it.During normal business hours, no one answered the phone when a vehicle was blocking the entrance gate. I was waiting to get on to the property for over 30 mins without any assistance from property personnel.

One of the chairs at the dining room table has a leg that is broken and could be dangerous if you’re not aware of it. For a quick trip it met our needs.

The condo felt a bit dirty (recommendations include mattress pad should get washed between guests, get rid of the decorative pillows as they were dirty, replace carpet with hard floors, fresh coat of paint/caulk cracks). We had a great time and would definitely recommend the location to anyone.

They're in such a great location just at the top of the mountain and right on the ski slopes, the unit I stayed in was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a stellar view down the mountain. Hope was amazing with my reservation and with keeping me up to date with local attractions and businesses.

The cleaners didn't thoroughly clean this condo. I found toys under furniture, not to mention someone had a pet there who left a gift!!! Then, the dishwasher stopped working. I understand they have been overwhelmed, however, I had to Google tbe dishwasher to get it going and had to go to Clubhouse to discuss the other issues. I will use Air BNB next time, if I stay again.
