In the winter the is quick access to the ski-in/ski-out paths leading to Blackcomb's high speed gondola.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in one of the best locations in Whistler; Just 50 steps from the Blackcomb Mountain ski runs. Perched slope side, the Marquise offers ski-in/ski-out access across the road. It is one block from The Fairmont Chateau Whistler and its Golf Course, and has easy access to The Valley Trail and Lost Lake's cross-country ski and bike trails. The condo is gorgeously remodeled open plan with plenty of seating. The living room is stunning and offers new furniture and plenty of natural sun light. Gas fireplace and large wall mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Live Edge dining table for 4 plus 2 bar stools at kitchen island. Brand new kitchen and exquisite master suite with KING bed, new plush linens and plenty of storage, TV and second vanity in the bedroom. We can accommodate a 3rd person or child with the use of inflatable mattress only (see below). Modern and stylish decor throughout. The complex has great recreation amenities such as an exercise room, year-round heated outdoor pool, sauna and a covered hot tub area. Find ample storage for ski and bike equipment in the common secure storage area off the foyer. This unit offers secure underground paid parking and WIFI. Whistler is a playground of great activities - in the lobby there is plenty of information about the many activities, restaurants, spas, clubs, bars, entertainment, local current events etc.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, but one pet is permitted.
*Please be considerate of our neighbours between the hours of 10pm-8am, otherwise fines may be charged.
*Do not bring bikes, skis, boards and other large equipment into the condo - a locker and storage areas are available in parking garage
*Approval for your pet must be obtained prior to booking (only one pet may stay) and an addition pet cleaning fee $50 will be applied. Please do not let your pets onto the furniture otherwise there may be an additional charge if we have to remove pet hair from the soft furnishings.
*Bookings are for 2 people only - please inform us at least 2 weeks prior to arrival if you would like to include a 3rd person as we can accommodate with an additional charge of $75 per night.
*Damaged linens will be charged at $25 a towel and $50 a sheet, please don't use our linens for makeup removal as it does not come out.
*No smoking of any kind is allowed in the condo, balcony or the premises

    Property was close to everything in Whistler. It was very clean. Large kitchen facilities, with fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher. Everything you would need for cooking. Large comfy bed.

    Great location near Upper Village! Easy 5 minute stroll to Fairmont Hotel (Chateau). Well equipped, king size bed, A/C in living room with fans in bedroom. Pay parking. We would stay there again!

    My partner and I enjoyed our stay while visiting Whistler in Deborah's quiet, beautiful and newly renovated condo. The condo is located in an ideal location, while only being a short walk from the village, grocery store, Lost Lake trail system, and Blackcomb Mountain. Deborah was readily available as needed and had everything we needed in the condo.

    Stayed here over the long weekend in August. Great place. $20 per night Parking fee isn’t mentioned in the listing, just listed as “parking available.” The bed a bit on the softer side and one of the curtain strings was broken. Didn’t affect our stay. Deborah was attentive to messages and called us when we had a question about the TV and cable. Otherwise exceptionally good location and would stay here again!
