Stayed Nov 19, 2023Stayed in Phoenix for surgery at mayo. It was a short walk from parking to the unit, but we made it. Great to have the walking trail right out behind the unit! Everything was clean, stay was lovely.

Stayed Apr 5, 2023Overall our stay went well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the property. Neighbors were friendly. The unit was comfortable for two couples. The only issue we had was we tried to contact the property manager late in the evening and only got voice mail. A nice unit in a good location.

Stayed Mar 28, 2023One problem we had was occupant above us woke up every morning at 545, and clomped around, waking us up. Properly manager leaves a LOT to be desired. Could not get access to some of the amenities and took over 18 hours trying to reach vacasa that we just gave up. Apparently, this was a problem for the previous guests as well. Vacasa deleted my lukewarm review, which was funny. The condo itself was great. Well stocked, mostly clean when we checked in. Great location. Pool was great, once we figured out how to get in (no help from property manager). Close to shopping and nice neighborhood.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023We rented this property for a spring break trip. Very nice apartment and perfect space for the four of us. Having the pool close to the apartment was very convenient! Having the pool heated was a definite plus as well! Location was central to a lot of activities. Would recommend this property to others.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023I agreed to one price and by the time you added on Vacasa fees and taxes and whatever all else my price doubled. Condo is hidden behind another building with the door down a dark sidewalk with and impossible 10 digit code on a very temperamental lock

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo itself was perfect but we had a very hard time getting into our unit. We sat on the phone for 45 mins. Our code would not work and then it was really hard to reach anyone to help us out. Finally after 2-3 hrs we were able to get in. One more hassle came trying to get into the pool. We could not get into the pool area for 2 days. There was not good way to get help from anyone. I asked for some money off for the headaches, but so far I have not received anything. So I guess the issues would be Vacesa’s fault. The condo itself met expectations. Thanks

Stayed Apr 29, 2022The condo was nice, beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner but the rental company was out the same day we called and was able to resolve it. The location was perfect to a quiet girls weekend, close to everything.
