Things to Know:
Please be advised that guests must wear wristbands. Guests must purchase wristbands at the standard cost of $25 from March 10th to April 1st each year. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All guests must register with the Sunchase Beachfront office located next to the laundry facility. In case the office is closed please call us and the Security guard will give you a parking pass. A maximum of one (1) parking permit will be issued after registration.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.     The price was right. The building is dated but taken care of and it was a quiet enjoyable location with great access to the beach. The apartment was spacious and very nice kitchen, living room and patio. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. Mattresses were all too soft and sagged in the middle. I used a pillow in the center to lift it up but uncomfortable. Eventually slept on the twin. No blow dryer. Batteries dead on remote and no hot water in one shower. Overall clean but bathrooms had mold and hair on shower wall. Dryer vent in laundry room was disconnected, so lint was on walls.

    We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean. The floor plan worked really well for the 2 of us. Kitchen supplies were good and nice to have our own washer/dryer in the unit. Excellent access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

    Very nice condo and complex. Good location. Description is accurate but there are no extras...no beach towels, toys, or chairs. That's a lot to pack if you are flying in. Also, bring your own coffee, sugar & creamer...first days coffee not provided. Not a big deal but, we got in after midnight, it would have been nice to be able to brew a pot when we woke up.

    This was a great find. It was perfect to the beach and the pool. It had everything we needed to feel like home. The decor was updated nicely, down to the plates. Mattresses slept great. I like the hooks on the balcony to hang wet swimsuits. The grounds were nice and relaxing. I will be back and this will be my spot.
