Stayed Dec 23, 2025We never actually got to stay here. Our reservation was canceled at 11:00 PM the night before we were to arrive sent via email. Definitely needs an upgraded scheduling system and communication.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025Great location to beach. Nice to be close to restaurants. Homeless people around building made it uncomfortable. Difficult to get car in and out of garage due to cars parking parallel along wall in front.

Stayed Aug 24, 2025We had a horroble experience at this property. The condo was filthy dirty (floors, oven, outdoor patio), it was located directly in front of a state park where there were 15-20 camps of homeless people that were smoking pot, yelling at one another, fighting, doing drugs, litering the area with their junk, etc., which made us miserable. The property is also directly in line with the San Diego airport runways so we had to hear jet enjines overhead every 30 seconds. We were very upset and left the condo 2 days early.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025We loved the accommodations — everything was clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having garage parking was a huge plus, and you simply can’t beat the oceanfront view and direct beach access. The home itself made our stay comfortable and relaxing.However, travelers should be aware that the property is located right next to a public park that is frequented by the homeless population. We felt surrounded on all sides of the building, which did affect the overall experience. In addition, while the ocean breeze is wonderful, the bedrooms don’t have air conditioning, and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the doors or windows open at night for airflow.Overall, the unit itself is beautiful and has so much to offer. With a few considerations about location and ventilation, it could be an excellent stay for the right guests.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Amazing sunsets from the balcony! Walking distance to all OB has to offer. Will definitely stay here again.
