Skiing right out the door is the best way to start your ski vacation with ease. Walk to the ski lifts and snowshoe trails for an afternoon of wintertime thrills or challenge yourselfwith a hike or mountain bike ride on one of this area's many spectacular trails in summer. You'll also have plenty of green mountain fairways to tee off on located just minutes away, not to mention one of the area's best fly fishing streams! And be sure to give guided snow-yoga a try, just a short walk or drive away.

With so much to do, you'll be glad you have such luxurious accommodations to kick back in! Step inside and make your way up the entry stairs and you will be greeted by the main floor boasting tall ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the full kitchen that is just waiting to assist in hosting memorable dinners spent with loved ones. New appliances as well as a professionally designed updated main bathroom that includes multiple shower heads to bring you warmth and comfort after a great day of Colorado adventures. The free WiFi and flatscreen TV will keep you entertained during downtime away from the slopes or hiking, yet you can also breathe in some fresh air on the private deck as burgers sizzle on the gas grill! The lofted nook will be perfect for reading a new novel in peace, and everyone can spread out when it is time to hit the hay, as one bedroom is on each floor.

Granby Ranch base camp is a fantastic ski resort community with an award-winning restaurant, gear rentals for all seasons, a hot tub and heated, outdoor pool (both just a short walk from your door), a fitness center, and organized events all summer long, plus adult weekend events and kids craft times. You'll also have free concerts available at base camp, just a short walk away. You'll be close to many mountain and lake attractions and activities that include Rocky Mountain National Park, hot springs, horseback riding, and alpine sliding. Don't hesitate, as this gem won't last long!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared pool is located at Ranch Hall. All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
