Important Building Information



• Access fobs are required for entry to the building and amenities

• Fob fee: $30 each

• Only guests 14 years or older may receive a fob

• Maximum of one fob per two adults



• Package delivery fee: $7 per item

• Packages must be picked up with a valid photo ID



Parking Details



• Daily parking rates: $20 for daytime parking and $40 for overnight parking



Extended stay parking rates:

• 1 to 7 days: $100

• 8 to 14 days: $125

• 15 to 21 days: $150

• 22 to 31 days: $175



• A refundable $20 deposit is required for the parking tag



• If valet service is unavailable, guests may park in any open parking space except those marked Valet, Reserved, or Commercial

Other Things to Note:

Check-In & Building Rules



• Check-in and building registration must be completed at the Receiving Office (3901 Service Entrance) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please check in at the Front Desk first and complete your registration at the Receiving Office the following day



• Amenities are available for registered guests only



• Pets are not allowed



• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other residents



• Please keep balcony doors closed while the A/C is running to help prevent humidity issues inside the unit



• Service elevators must be used when transporting luggage, groceries, beach chairs, or large items



• Pool chairs may not be reserved for more than 30 minutes
