We had an excellent time in New Orleans & this condo is in the perfect location! Easy, quick check in, beautiful decor & amazing balcony! Very close proximity to shopping, dinning & about 15 min walk to Bourbon St. Would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Fully stocked with multiple coffee Keurig pods and creamers. Walking distance to hotels decorated for Christmas.

The unit was perfect for our visit. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony and the location and easy but secure access.

We were two couples visiting New Orleans, and the 2 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms made it perfect. Plenty of privacy, with a kitchen and living room in the middle. The wraparound balcony was a great bonus! We liked to sit outside and people-watch. The location was walkable to the waterfront, bars, restaurants, and also Bourbon Street. Highly recommend this place.

Best value in New Orleans! Easy access to the Convention Center and local restaurants, the Riverwalk, and Aquarium. Updated interior with beautiful views of downtown!

Our stay at the Black and Gold was amazing. The entire building and apartment is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. I felt very safe staying here. The location is ideal. The wrap around balcony is also very nice. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit New Orleans.

Great location, close enough to the Convention Center (yet not too close), lots of local food options and all within an easy walking distance. The host provided a great welcome basket of snacks & drinks and after a full day of travel - was much welcomed. Great value, location, and amenities. It was nice to share a home with a co-worker and yet each have our own private suites. Would return for sure.

This is one of the best Vrbo's we have rented. The management of it and communication is stellar. The amenities that are in the place when you arrive are generous (k cups, multiple paper towel rolls, dishwasher tablets, TP, shampoo, conditioner, etc) are beyond what a lot of what others have. The place was spotless and it looks fairly new. Everything worked well. The view is fun when sitting on the balcony to watch people and just be outside. We also liked the location in the Warehouse District which is close enough to FQ but out of the hubbub. We would definitely go back here again.

Absolute perfect location for a girls trip during Mardi Gras. Far enough from the chaos to feel safe but within walking distance to all of the major places you want to see! Beautiful apartment and the balcony was everyone’s favorite place to hang out

Whole building was clean and safe. Huge balcony. Unit was spotless. Any questions were answered right away. Great location for the convention center. Everything was in walking distance.

The place was amazing. It had anything and everything you may possibly need. The location was also perfect. It was walkable to most places but also just out of the noisy part of town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

This property was centrally located yet far away enough from the French Quarter that is was quiet at night. The inside was very clean and the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the condo so there was plenty of privacy. The condo also has a beautiful, large balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the corner third floor condo with long balcony overlooking St. Peters and Girod streets. I was a short walk to basically everything. The place is in warehouse district near a bunch of great restaurants and the French Quarter is 6 blocks away. The condo is well appointed and stylish. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was awesome. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend staying here.
