Stayed Feb 22, 2025Immaculately clean, well proportioned condo in easy walk of the riverfront gondola. Lovely well appointed kitchen with full oven and 4 ring stovestope, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. We found the Murphy bed a little soft for us but that is our personal preference. The owners left lots of helpfull guidance and a large welcome hamper of snacks and hot chocolate. City Market and Dokinos pizza are about a 12 minute walk and there are other eatrries closer. We think it'sca great place to stay and have slready re-booked for next year.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. Being in the middle of Avon, this was the perfect location for us to travel to and from Eagle, Minturn, and Leadville. Very clean and well stocked.

Stayed May 25, 2025We stayed for 3 nights on our way from Denver to Moab. This condo was just right for our purposes -- centrally located and walkable to stores, restaurants, rec center, bike path, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only negative was the limited space to store your cloths.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Excellent location, just a short walk to gondola. Having locker for gear was very nice, and the parking garage was very easy to get in and out of. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook lunches and some dinners in. There was construction going on in the unit below which served as an early alarm clock, but that helped us get on the slopes early each day! Master bed is a Murphy bed so wasn’t the most comfortable but did the job. Overall an excellent stay!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024The unit was very nice; seemed to be recently remodeled with high-end surfaces and finishes. The sofa bed was a few years old but not bad. The location was great!! Avon Station, a major bus stop for multiple bus lines (including the free skier shuttle to Beaver Creek Village at the mountain base) was right across the street. There was also a gondola just 700 feet from the building. The included underground parking was a huge plus! The only thing we didn't like were some noisy neighbors but it wasn't any worse than you get at just about any hotel / lodging facility.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024My husband and I needed a vacation and he had never been to Colorado. Previously I had stayed in Vail and wanted to be away from the touristy sections. Vail is only about 11 minutes from Avon so it was close enough to visit as often as we liked. Nottingham park was lovely. The condo itself is everything you need away from home. Doug & Angie communicate promptly and give great instruction. I highly recommend this place! My favorite part was opening the sliding glass door in the morning to enjoy the cool breeze. The weather could not have been more perfect! The view from the balcony is lovely!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024This was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. My son and I went to a festival in Beaver Creek. We played in Vail on day 1, then checked in and stayed overnight here, and then checked out and wrapped up day 2 in BC. It was perfect for us. Easy to find, easy to access, and very calm and peaceful to stay. My son (8) said “It’s not actually our home but it felt like home”. We would love to return again down the road. Possibly for a longer stay.
