The BACA RAILYARD DISTRICT is Santa Fe's premier destination for contemporary art, eateries and shopping.
Take the trail and walk or bike directly to the new underpass Acequia trail and get into downtown in 15 minutes, close to Wholefoods, Trader Joe's and Meow Wolf.
Located just under 2 miles from the Santa Fe Plaza & Meow Wolf with easy access to most attractions. Great local cafes, artist studios and fun stores are just outside the front door.
This newly remodeled condo is perfect for 1 or 2 couples while exploring the City Different.
Just listed...Casa Alma del Lobo is a gorgeous light-filled condo blending contemporary furnishings with old world charm.
It has all the quintessential Santa Fe features: Vigas, hand-troweled walls, wood beam ceilings, and soft nichos throughout.
Each well-appointed bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is great for privacy and space. The bedrooms also have modern pigmented concrete floors with radiant heat, vigas, and comfy memory foam beds with luxury linens.

The other neighborhood just outside the front door, referred to as the SOHO of Santa Fe, is the Baca Street Art District. Just a 5-minute walk gives you access to Baca Street activities such as glass-blowing lessons at Liquid Light Glass Studio with artist Elodie Holmes. Visit the pottery studio and galleries along Baca Street or grab a bite to eat at Counter Culture Cafe.
Walk or bike a mere 10-15 minutes along the Acequia Rail Trail into the North Railyard Shopping area, Farmers Market, movie theater, downtown Santa Fe, museums, art galleries, micro-breweries, and to a network of trails throughout Santa Fe and the surrounding areas.
Truly a great way to experience all that Santa Fe has to offer.

A Big Little City
Many people would love the convenience and more human pace of small-town living if only they didn’t have to give up their big-city amenities. Unique among small cities, Santa Fe combines many of the benefits of rural life and the sense of wide-open spaces with access to intellectual and cultural offerings normally associated with larger cities.

Concerts, lectures, readings, panel discussions and more are popular among the local communities of writers, artists, scientists and academics, providing an ongoing, collective conversation that’s fully engaged with the world despite Santa Fe’s relative remoteness.

Culture, Culture Everywhere
Santa Fe is the second-largest art market in the country after New York. It has long been known as a source of exceptional Western and regional art, as well as Native American fine-art crafts and Hispanic religious folk art.

What’s less known is that Santa Fe has emerged as a serious player in the world of contemporary art, with numerous galleries selling cutting-edge work and more than a handful of renowned contemporary artists living in and around Santa Fe.

SITE Santa Fe, a nonprofit contemporary arts organization, mounts an international biennial exhibition in even-numbered years that brings in the latest and greatest works from around the world. ART Santa Fe is an annual boutique art fair showcasing international works from the world’s top galleries. The SOFA (Sculptural and Functional Art) show, of New York and Chicago fame, has added SOFA West-Santa Fe to its offerings, a more intimate gathering of elite artists and galleries.

Santa Fe Opera
Housed in an architecturally stunning amphitheater surrounded by panoramic vistas, the Santa Fe Opera shares its summer offerings with opera-lovers from all over the world.

Santa Fe Institute
A scientific think tank co-founded by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Murray Gell-Mann, a revolving roster of renowned scientists from a variety of disciplines uses computer modeling to examine key questions of human existence.

It was a great place to be on the go! Parking / getting in and out was a little tricky when just. We had no communication with the manager except to say we left. We almost missed the binder with check out directions- but that was on us we were so busy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property for an extended mother-daughters weekend in Santa Fe. The bedrooms were quiet for sleeping, the mattresses and bed linens very comfortable, nice, on-theme, and some fun design touches throughout the property, a good amount of fenced yard for the dog, and conveniently located between Downtown and the Railyards District. Would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

What a delightful little house! Awesome A/C, bedding, soap, etc. Great proximity to downtown and running path. And make sure to go to Counter Culture (1 block walk) for a delicious brunch and a mind-blowing cinnamon roll. Lived it!

Property is as advertised, almost. There is a step down into each bedroom, something easily overlooked, unless you have mobility issues. There is parking available but it is tight and difficult to get in and out of. And we had ants. Ants in the kitchen and one bathroom. The host responded quickly and offered to come address this. We found the spray, treated ourselves, and just tolerated it, keeping any food out of ants reach. The beds and linens were super comfortable---really what you need after a long day in Santa fe. Would recommend to friends but would mention parking and steps to them. We enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch in the rain and the natural light in the home. Overall, great experience!

Nice spot in a good location in Santa Fe, good space, as advertised and exactly what we needed. The skylights add a lot of light and it’s overall a comfortable spot.
