Stylish, Bright, Chinatown Condo, w/secure parking, pet ok, view, self-check-in.

Very nice condo impeccable view, safe building. However, many homeless outside the building

Our hosts were super nice and helpful. Loved that the condo was situated to where we walked everywhere we went for four days. Even though it is on the edge of Vancouver BC’s challenged Chinatown district, even walking around near midnight folks were friendly as everywhere else in town and we never felt unsafe. Lovely trip!

The property is nice, but we found it too hot inside during the summer. I feel like if the temperature was less than 70F outside the place would be pleasant. With the afternoon sun blazing on the deck the rental stay hot and the AC could not keep up.

Instructions were clear. Location was great: clean, well decorated, comfortable. View was very nice from the unit.

Dave is the consummate host with grreat communications and a Welcome Guide that will tell you everything you need to know about his well-appointed condo and plenty of suggestions of where to eat, drink, see, and do in the Chinatown neighborhood and beyond.

The condo was very clean, and is lovely and comfortable. Wonderful location that really enabled us to maximize our time in Vancouver using public transportation as well as just walking. Literally just around the corner are a half dozen of incredible restaurants, a couple bars, a couple cafes, and 2 grocery stores. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful in offering advice about the city. Highly recommended!

Nice location and free parking is a plus for sure

The suite was outfitted with everything a traveler could wish for. The view from the patio is absolutely incredible and it is walking distance to many great place to eat and attractions. I stayed here with 3 other adults while attending some live music shows and the having the ability to walk 'home' to a beautiful spot overlooking the city was great.

The host was very quick at responding and very accommodating. Check in and out process were seamless. We loved the location and everything we needed was available at the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The view was incredible. We want to stay here again next time we visit!

This was like staying in your own apartment. Absolutely everything was there, more than you would ever expect. Very considerate, caring hosts responsive to every need. They even sent a visit Vancouver guide prior to arrival with hints and recommendations. I would recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking to visit Vancouver. The view from the balcony in the evening was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time during our stay. The hosts were very helpful and available to communicate (although it wasn't needed since the pdf file was very complete). We enjoy walking and were able to walk everywhere we wanted in Vancouver. There is a great view from the condo. The kitchen and condo had everything we needed. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, but as stated in the ad we sometimes witnessed sad situations. We also enjoyed lots of the food in the area ( Khouing, Mello donuts, Phnom Penh, sun fresh bakery, fat Mao). We would stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

Absolutely loved all the art in the place. Nice balcony for morning coffee. Walking distance to Skytrain definitely a plus. Quite building, but lots of city noise… we’re used to it so not bothersome.
