Stylish and Spacious Condo - A/C in 2 Bedrooms, Huge Lanai, Great Location

Wonderful Condo, had everything we needed. They were very great about communicating all the necessary information for check in. I would highly recommend this condo.

The property was perfectly designed. The layout was great and I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Our kids really enjoyed it. The lanai was the best!

The accommodations were immaculate. Another bonus was location. Very close to shopping, 15 minute hike down to the beach and close to lots of other beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed overall, we would come here again in a heartbeat

Hottest part of the year obviously and a few times we felt the lack of central AC, but the huge lanai and really nice place made up for it for sure! We're so glad we booked here. The upstairs room gets WARM pretty much all night but has fans that help. The two downstairs rooms have AC units and stay nice and cool. Having the fans going in the living room and dining area really helped. It only got too warm later afternoon early evening.

Apartment was very nice decorated and had a fully equiped kitchen. Lush Garden, easy parking.The building itself and the outdoors show signs of the humidity and age of the building. Close to the shops and walking distance (steep dirt road) to a beautiful beach (also acceslible by car).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property layout is beautiful with all the basic amenities one would need to get settled. Enough room for everyone to have their “me” time.

place feel so spacious and welcoming. Lots of patio doors and windows to keep a breeze flowing through the place. Communal pool is 9' deep and big. Great to cool off in, or lounge around. Communication with property manager was easy and responsive. We loved our week-long stay.

However, as the description says- there is no A/C in the unit which made it incredibly hot. The trade winds did not help. However, we did find that 2 of the bedrooms had a window unit. Unfortunately, the on in the smaller bedroom the a/c doesn't reach the outlet and they did not provide an extension cord. It did make it uncomfortable without A/C and for the price I would not go back. On another note- they have extensive instructions on how to keep the unit clean. I am very clean myself so this was great. However, they did not provide the necessary means to clean (paper towels, cleaning agents, or rags). I do not find it acceptable to request that level of cleanliness of your guest and not provide the materials to do so.

The place was beautiful and was so close to princeville shopping center and Hanalei. Had a great stay in Kauai!
