Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.

    Listing on VRBO was completely deceiving. No mention of constant construction on roof so load jackhammer and drilling and poundng noise coming through ceiling. No motion of the water being shut off multiple time ddi to plumbing problems. Fridge broken. Multiple times gasoline fumes filled the unit from workers outside. Complete Worst experience ver anywhere in the world and I have been. loyal VRBO customer for over. decade and every other experience around the world, Dubai, Barcelona, France, Madrid, Florida, has been awesome. This was a complete disaster.
