The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring one king bed in the primary bedroom and one queen bed in the second bedroom, along with two full bathrooms for added convenience. The open and inviting layout creates a comfortable atmosphere for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;

Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.



⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;

There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

We only accept stays of 30 days or longer.

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



Storage Policy:

Certain cabinets are locked for owner supplies; tampering results in a $1,000 fee. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
