Calling all snowbirds and baseball enthusiast! The LaRocco on Turney is located in the popular Biltmore neighborhood of central Phoenix. Only steps to beautiful Los Olivos Park. Enjoy the amazing Arizona weather on hikes nearby. Centrally located between downtown, Scottsdale, and a short drive to check out spring training. Can’t leave your dog at home Bring them along! LaRocco is uniquely setup to host up to two friendly dogs with built-in doggy doors and a fenced patio area.

Mountain views from the patio. High speed internet, flat screen TV`s (with Netflix included), and in-unit washer/dryer. The LaRocco on Turney features individual patios, secluded entry, and covered parking.

You have access to the entire property with the exception of the other apartments and their private gated area.

Guests are just a stone’s throw from some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment attractions that the valley has to offer. Just minutes away are popular restaurants such as The Vig, Postino, LGO, True Food, The Henry, Sushi Brokers, and many others. Its central location provides guests with the excitement of urban living while enjoying a quiet suburban neighborhood. Hiking at world famous Camelback Mountain is just up the road.

Guests are ideally situated minutes from the Loop 202 and Piestewa Freeway (SR51).

There is one outdoor camera on the parking garage facing the spots and another one facing the back gate. Other 5 outdoor cameras on the building: 1 faces the front lawn & street, the other 4 face each unit`s entrance and outdoor front patio. The cameras can record if enabled for guest & property safety.

Parking is accessed through the alleyway (drive to the end of the alley) off of 28th Street. It is the last driveway on the right going north on 28th Street BEFORE you hit Turney Avenue. There is plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the building on Turney Avenue.
Pet Policy:
A $59.00 per dog non-refundable pet fee is due at the time of booking.

Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $29 per hour (Subject to Availability)

Up to two friendly -- small to medium sized dogs -- are permitted. Cats (and other types of animals) are not allowed.

Dogs may not be left unattended at the property for extended periods of time and must be on a leash at all times when outside. Pet relief on the front lawn and artificial turf is prohibited since it will kill the grass/ruin the turf. Dog owners are required to pick up any droppings. There is Los Olivos Park around the block that is available for dogs.
Only dogs approved at the time of booking will be allowed on the property. Violation of the pet policy is subject to cancellation and forfeit of the reservation without refund.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in-unit or within the patios. This includes marijuana. Smoking or vaping (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on this property. Violation of the smoking policy is subject to cancellation and forfeit of the reservation without refund.

Quiet Hours:
No parties allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Air Mattress & Crib:
If an air mattress or crib is needed, it must be requested at the time of booking.

Please do not log out of our Near It All Netflix account.

For extended stays, please note Near It All supplies sufficient sundries (toilet paper, detergents, paper towels, etc.) for the first week of all our reservations to welcome guests. Anything needed beyond the first week period is the responsibility of the guest.

    The location is perfect for since it is so close to our family in Phoenix. It was wonderful to have the A/C on when we got there!!! There are 2 little items you may want to include in the future. 1) Coffee and filters. There were some coffee filters there, but they were for a large commercial coffee maker. 2) Dryer sheets. Other than that, all was perfect!

    Property was great, and the definition of comfortable and relaxing. On top of that the location is absolutely perfect. Not too far from anything. The host was also great. Any questions we had, he'd take care of right away. Will consider staying here for future trips!

    Clean, simple, and a great location in central Phoenix. Camelback Road and all of its restaurants and shopping is 5-10 minutes away. The 51 is nearby to get quickly around the valley. Really enjoyed our stay for family graduations.

    Nice roomy place. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great location to many restaurants and hiking. Nice neighborhood to walk with a lark nearby. We had a wonderful stay.
