Stunning Waterview Condo in the Heart of Seattle!

Our unit was very clean and it was a beautiful view. Definitely worth it, plus having secured parking was nice!

Hosts were quick to respond to our questions and very welcoming. Property was very well maintained and has an incredible view.

The apartment was beautiful! The view. The tasteful decor…not too much, just right.The view was perfect.Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had just enough cooking supplies.The big open room was relaxing.Coming and going was okay with the key fab and doors…I definitely felt safe.The added bonus was the great bakery just downstairs.

The owner was very accommodating and check-in was super easy and very friendly. They made recommendations for restaurants that were amazing. We had a minor issue with drainage in the master shower, which they fixed immediately. The location is central and you can walk to most everything or catch a short Uber ride. My only complaint was that at Friday night there was an actual marching band under our window, but that is, of course, no fault of the owners, and we just kinda laughed. We came in on a Wednesday night and left Saturday morning to embark on an Alaskan cruise and this place was a perfect layover spot that allowed us to explore Seattle for two days.

Apartment lives up to listing pictures & details. Great views of Elliot Bay from every room. Bright & spacious apartment. Two full sized bathrooms with excellent lighting for makeup & shaving. Plenty of bedding & towels with washer/dryer that worked efficiently. Good assortment of quality kitchen dishes & pots/pans. Secure building and on-site parking garage. Some reviews had mentioned problems with homeless - not so for us. We found San Diego, and this particular area, to not have as many homeless people as other cities of size. We experienced no pan handling, no foul odors, no threatening behaviors (most kept to themselves).

My friend/colleague and I stayed while we attended a conference. It was perfect- it had a gorgeous view of the waterfront. It had probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept on away from home. We really loved the bakery adjacent to the condo community

In general, the unit was great for our group and check in went well but the area that it is located in is not very nice. Lots fo homeless, street smelled of urine, flys and questionable security.

Very clean, super easy check in and great perks like a pool and fitness center. You can walk everywhere in Seattle from here or take a short uber drive. Great time! Thank you!

Whether you’re driving, using an e-scooter/bike or walking it is a great distance from all the downtown action! My only complaint is the furniture. It’s cheap, the beds aren’t the most comfortable and they squeak so loudly. I know it’s a rental and those things probably get broken a lot so maintenance is hard but for the price, those things should be a little better quality. In my opinion anyways. Check out is a little bit weird and I wish there was an attendant to help with the keys and parking passes back to the room. Again for the price paid those things should be smoother and more clear. We have stayed at this property twice now and the second time was better than the last. We love the location but maybe just a few improvements!

Our stay was wonderful and very memorable. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. I was a little turned off by the rules and fine section of their welcome book, perhaps it’s because I am a short-term rental owner and I know how to act and how to conduct myself when I rent a place. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would love to return. If you are looking for a VRBO in this area, I would highly recommend this place. Just follow all rules.!

Well kept home in the heart of Seattle. Great water views and close to many great spots to eat and/or grab a drink. The 2 bedroom condo was very clean and organized. The check in process was smooth, even though the property requires guests to be met in person for security reasons. After the check in was completed we had no trouble getting in & out of the building or the secured garage. Would certainly consider this location for a future stay.

This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 4. It is easily walkable to all of the must see sights in Seattle. There is a lot of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The bakery right next door is wonderful and was an easy way to start our day each morning!

The hosts were excellent with communication, and the person who checked us in was fantastic! He even gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. The condo is in a perfect location, within walking distance of everything. We’ll definitely consider staying here again when visiting Seattle.

Clean and modern apartment on the 5th floor of the condo building. Nice views of Puget Sound. Private and safe parking. Noisy at night from the nightlife on the street. Checkout is a bit complicated. OK for a short term stay for downtown activities.
