- The unique two-floor condo is located on the 7th floor of the tower building. This location allows for unobstructed beach views from the living room balcony, as well as the oversized windows of the master bedroom downstairs. Oversized windows off the kitchen/ dining offers gorgeous views from Lake Powell all the way down the beautiful coastline to Rosemary Beach towards Destin. You can see for miles and the sunsets are not to be missed!!

THE CONDO - This wonderfully remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 5 guests. Upstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area/ workspace as well as a full bath, living room and washer / dryer. The living room entertainment center includes a large flat-screen TV with 100+ cable channels and DVD player. Feel free to bring your devices for the occasional cloudy day and use the dedicated WIFI modems both downstairs and upstairs for added WIFI connectivity! A generous supply of games and books are available if you need some downtime after a busy day at the beach. Put your feet up and relax on the brand-new sofa which converts to queen sleeper.

A quick ride down one of three elevators and stroll down a short hall, and you then step off into the sand. At Pinnacle Port, you are on the beach immediately - no lengthy boardwalks or gates.

PINNACLE PORT – Once you stay at Pinnacle Port (PP) resort, you`ll want to come back again and again. Hidden within the gated Carillon beach-home community, at the quiet end of PCB/Hwy 30A. The location of this private access property is perfect; secluded enough to be away from the crowds and traffic in Panama City Beach but still less than 15 minutes to Pier Park and all of the fun vacation activities this growing city has to offer. Directly to the west of the property is 30A and Rosemary beach which is famous for its upscale shops, dining and nightlife. The beaches here are bigger than in other areas of Panama City and the water is crystal clear. As an added bonus beautiful Lake Powell borders the property and can be accessed by guests by either the on-site dock or boat ramp. Bring your fishing pole, paddleboards, boats, or jet skis. • Kayak, canoe, paddleboard and bicycle rentals available at adjacent state park and Carrilon Market. Ample parking means you won`t waste time searching for a parking space. The main pool is an indoor/outdoor pool, perfect if your little one needs a break from the sun. Also, the outdoor section is closed off in the winter allowing the indoor pool to be heated for year-round enjoyment. The property includes four tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, grilling areas, a workout room, new saunas and a playground. This is that special kind of place where you can check in with your loved ones and then settle in for a few days (or even a few weeks) of memorable family fun!

    Condo was great and well maintained. View was beautiful. This was our third stay at Pinnacle Port and I think this was our favorite condo so far. Marc was great and communication was excellent. He answered any questions I had promptly. The one negative and I want to stress that this was not the owner's fault was that one of the days we stayed, Pinnacle Port turned the water off in the building for maintenance and so going 6 hours without water and having to fill up pitchers and jugs to use the restroom wasn't fun to say the least. I would happily stay again though because as I said earlier the condo and the owners were great.

    My family loved our visit in early June. The property was exactly as listed. Pinnacle Port is close to so much and the beach and pools were not overcrowded at that time.About the property:The condo was clean and well furnished with kitchen basics. The owners provided a few dishwasher and laundry pods which was so thoughtful! There is a broom and sweeper as well. We used these every day to clean up sand. Building: plenty of parking, also plenty of carts available for moving your luggage in/out and hauling groceries from the car to the condo. Property was well maintained. The elevators were clean and efficient. The pool areas were also well maintained and clean. Pools: My favorite pool was the smaller one by the tennis courts…quiet, lots of palm trees and plants. A perfect place to relax and read. The larger pool was closer to the ocean if you prefer the sound of the waves. Beach: bring your own chairs and canopy/tent or rent from the vendor on site. Plenty of space on the beach. The building also has red exterior lights for nighttime which help prevent turtles from being disoriented. There were two turtle nests on this beach! Food: places we loved Bayou Bills for seafood, Powell Lake Pizza, The Donut Hole, Buddy's Seafood Market - buy raw or they can steam it for you. Recreation and areas of interest close by: St. Andrews State Park, Pitt and Sylvan Springs, Pier Park and 30A beach towns.

    We really enjoyed this resort and its convenience to PCB, but not being in the midst of the crowds and traffic. Also really enjoyed being next to Camp Helen. The beach was less crowded on that side. The building was clean, well-maintained and felt very safe. The unit was nice and met our needs. I especially enjoyed the view from both sides of the unit.

    Property was nice and accommodating for the stay. After a little hiccup in the beginning with the cleaning crew the vacation went smoothly. Communication with the owner was great and they were able to get everything squared away quickly. The views and area are awesome and beautiful. Only downside would be the elevator situation but that’s not exactly within their control. Family enjoyed the long weekend away to just relax and spend time together.

    Property was as represented and clean. Good value for a family of 4, and a close drive to 30A and Panama City Beach (Pier Park). I would recommend this property for those looking for a true beachfront high rise unit with a view instead of a beach house that requires a walk to the beach. We would stay here again for a return trip. While we were perfectly happy with our unit, building management needs a bit more attention paid to the elevators and managing the smell from the trash chute that settles in the lobby areas.

    The condo was just as described in listing. It was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Being able to walk right onto the beach is awesome. We are family of 4 and my preteen and teenager both liked the condo. The master bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

    This is our second time staying in this particular unit, but we've been coming to Pinnacle Port for many years now. The location is fantastic - beautiful beach with Lake Powell and the Carillon community walkable. The unit had everything we needed. The only negative was that only 2/3 elevators were working and there was one day that only 1/3 worked but it is something that they are updating so in the long run will be a great improvement! The owners are very easy to work with, have fantastic communication and always helpful.
