Stayed Oct 4, 2025This is a lovely unit. Furnishings are very good. It is fine with no air conditioning with opening windows. Appreciate all the beach items available for use. The patio is private and beautiful views of mountains and glimpse of ocean. Proximity to the pool is great. Parking is ample. Communication/help from the rental agency was great.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The property was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked and a perfect location, as I prefer the north side of the island. Not having AC was not an issue as there are fans in each room. Loved the morning visits of birds and chickens, and the view was beautiful. Check in was a breeze, I had no contact with the owners as there was no need. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024The unit is well managed and located close to the parking and the pool. The management is very helpful and willing to assist as needed. We were out for day trips for most of the time, but we still got some use of the pool and near by walks. Good location and good value if you want to stay in Princeville.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Condo was as pictured if not better. Great location to the pool and a closet full of beach and pool toys. Two nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Responsive with some minor issues. Would come back again!

Stayed Apr 18, 2024My family and I had an amazing experience! The views were incredible and the nature filled surroundings was extra special. Our two girls who are animal lovers especially loved their daily interactions with the Nene geese and the chickens. We also loved the location and the proximity to the resort amenities, including the parking, pool and Turtle Cove. It was a wonderful vacation and we can’t wait to return, again.

Stayed Nov 16, 2023Property was pleasant. Spacious comfortable bed in master bedroom. Great value for what we got. Kitchen could use a few more staple items but overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to family and friends and would be happy to return.
