Stayed Aug 15, 2025The property is awesome! Being so close to the beach is the best. The unit was clean and check in was very easy. Only issues we had were one of the beach chairs was broken and the ice maker didn't seem to make ice.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The condo was just as listed and communication was excellent. Location was great. Great food and shopping was a short drive away. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was so nice and never crowded. Hope we get to come back next summer!

Stayed Apr 20, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Waking up every morning and having coffee while staring at the ocean was pure bliss. Loved the close location to the old town area as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants and history to explore. We really enjoyed the Amelia Island history museum. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. The hosts were very communicative, we had all the information we needed well ahead of our trip. We had one very minor maintenance issue that they resolved within one hour. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Great space and location. Only complaint was the chairs on the balcony were dirty and had tons of sand on the chairs. Balcony could use a good cleaning and sweeping.
