Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I asked the four employees at the reception desk (who were doing nothing and not another customer in sight) for a dolly so we could bring our bags to our room. My husband has a serious heart condition. The useless, unwilling, employees informed me, You did not book through us, so that is ONE of the amenities that you forfeited. That was our first two minutes at the hotel. It doesn't set a good tone for our 3-night stay celebrating our 30th anniversary. It wasn't our 1st time there, but it will be our last. Same on you Westin managers, you can hire better than that!!! Your jacuzzi need and overhaul or replaced.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You are in the Westin Monache but not really. The room is very nice although a bit on the small side for ski stay. I was alone so it was fine but I felt even with 2 it would feel bit cramped. I do appreciate having had blender and toaster and ice was just a few steps away although toaster doesn't really work. Westin is conveniently located but there are 76 steps UP when coming back from the Village Gondola. Only 2 elevators makes for challenges especially at the end of a ski day.
