Stunning, Spacious, & Sun-soaked 2BR Uptown Condo by AllSet Turnover

There was a smell of gas upon entering the property. The gas and carbon monoxide detector in the unit was not functioning. We had to leave the property and find other accommodations.

It was the perfect place for a mother/daughter get-away—a bright, sunny, apartment with cozy places to sit and chat. Handy to be near a Target for food supplies. Enjoyed the Chicago Pickle, Everybody’s coffee, The Reservoir Bar. Close to the Wilson station so it was easy to get to the Loop. Also close to Montrose Beach and the Bird sanctuary there. Being on the top floor, it is very quiet There are 3 flights of stairs leading up to the apartment. Fully stocked kitchen and desk area. Detailed host welcome notebook was very helpful. Very happy we found this place. Thank you

The unit was clean and fully stocked. Check in / access was very easy. Lots of good board games and an impressive book collection. Walking distance from anything you need.

Everything is neat, organized, and pleasant, and the instructions and supplies available are really helpful. Very smooth and easy stay.

Wonderful stay in Chicago. It's a short 5 minute walk to nearest train stop and you can just ride two stops to get to Wrigley Field. Place is immaculately clean and very nice. Just as photos depict. Kitchen and dining room spacious.Fabulous stay. Would definitely stay again. Only minor note is if your group ever splits up, there is only one set of keys.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it was a great base for a long weekend in the city. Access to transit was very easy, and a nice 20-25 walk to Wrigley Field. We loved Everybody’s Coffee around the corner, great coffee and breakfast!

We enjoyed the bright and contemporary space and the guest information notebook was very helpful.

Easy check in, nice location near the ballpark. Target is accessible walking distance if you need to pick up food or supplies. Apartment itself was very nice. Everything you would need for a quick stay. Very comfortable. Thanks to the host!

Two night stay. Arrived day late though so actually one night stay.As add says, parking tight. We found parking garage on Clark st and used Uber. Very convenient.

We had a great stay and the accommodations were wonderful. The apartment had everything one would need including games and books. The location is great and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

We were visiting our nephew, who lives around the block from this rental, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rental, but it was absolutely sparkling clean, well-appointed, and lovely. We will definitely book it again.

Had a great trip and this place was clean and quiet with plenty of room. Second sleeping area would make a great area to hang out and read for a while with the beautiful windows and natural light.

Great time in Chicago. Rental was clean and well decorated and had everything we needed.

Beautiful, immaculate apartment, very modern amenities. 2 blocks from the train, and inexpensive parking available by the train. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, using fold out couch. We needed to call for sheets for the couch the first night and were not able to contact anyone until the following morning, but someone delivered them just after we called. (I suspect they were accidentally left in a drier somewhere, not a big deal.) We would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to Wrigley, grocery store and some restaurants. We love the homes in that area. The only downside is having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs.

This place was all it promised and more. Clean, comfortable, convenient, easy to check in. My son is moving to Chicago and we stayed here for a couple of days while we got his apartment set up. This was a perfect place to head back to at the end of a few hectic days. Definitely recommend!

Property was just as described in all the reviews. Clean and well-appointed. The only problem was with the property manager. If it weren’t for Kimberly on the Concierge line, I would probably still be trying to get my check-in instructions. She was phenomenal!
