This is an immaculately clean, comfortable and updated condo. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had and we loved the easy access to the beach.

The unit was exceptionally well located-close to the beach and pool. It was comfortable and clean. Nice to have paper products and cleaning supplies provided. Check-in and out were well communicated. Owner Phyllis was great to work with throughout the rental process.

We have had the opportunity to stay at this Sea Colony condo three years in a row now and love it every time! The location is perfect, ground floor so you can walk right out to the beach. The property is always clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen and other amenities like beach chairs and extra blankets etc. Location is perfect, just a few minutes drive to downtown Bethany. I can't say enough good things about our stay, we look forward to coming back! Thank you!

The condo is as pretty as the pictures! Thoughtfully furnished (uber comfortable bed), clean and well maintained and there isn't a better location on the beach. If you're headed to Bethany this is your must stay destination.

This property has an ideal location. The beach is just steps away from the condo. The unit is very nice and perfect for families with or without children. We enjoyed a long weekend and plan on returning. The owners were exceptionally quick in responding to any and all questions we had before we arrived. We had no issues at all once we were there.

This is a wonderful condo with all the conveniences of home! Conveniently located just a few steps to the beach! Great amenities throughout the property. Easily to locate, close to the Bethany boardwalk, and walking distance to stores, mini golf, and restaurants. Excellent communication with the property owner! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We absolutely loved being able to enjoy such a fabulous property and hope to visit again soon!

It was wonderful being on the ground level and being able to walk out the patio doors to the beach and pools. Would have liked more natural light in the bedrooms but I think all units at Sea Colony are the same. Very nice decor and fully equipped unit with anything you could possibly need on a vacation. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is in the best possible location. You are steps from the beach and it was nice having the foot showers so close to the unit. Phyllis was a great host; very responsive! The sea colony has all the amenities that you need. The heated pools were great for the kids!

This was a repeat stay for our family and we loved every minute of it. The property is tastefully appointed and extremely well stocked. The owners are generous in ensuring that renters need not bring or shop for every kitchen item. We enjoyed our week so much!

Sea Colony is a special place for me as I grew up spending summer vacations there as a child. Now that I’m bringing my own family, we’ve experienced a few different condos. This one is our favorite! Love the first floor access to beach and pool. The condo has every amenity one could want and was exactly as described.

This is our second year staying here and the new updates just add extra beauty to this already beautiful property! We will be back!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely oceanfront condo. This was my first time using VRBO and everything went smoothly. Check-in was easy. The owner was prompt in responding to my communications. The owner information package was clear, concise and well thought out providing all necessary information. The condo was exactly as described: clean, well stocked, just steps from the beach and pool. It was obvious to us that the owners had put a lot of thought into the decorations and amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of being on the 1st floor and the ease it provided with carrying items back and forth to the beach.
