    We had a very peaceful and enjoyable time. We loved the remodel of this unit , as we had stayed in this unit previously. It was comfortable and modern and everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful with booking and made our trip easy to arrange. My only comment for improvement is that the patio furniture was not very comfortable and was not the really nice furniture that we remembered being there previously.

    This was out first time using SPI Rentals. The unit was clean and clearly recently updated. Great views, quiet and stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean and showers had great pressure. Washer/dryer was a definite plus. Only slight negative was the living room maybe needed another stand lamp in the corner because in the evening it was a bit dark in the living area. updated lighting in the kitchen/bar area was bright. Non contact check in was great and they texted me when the unit was ready, so we were actually able to check in an hour early. It was overall a great week. Thanks SPI Rentals!

    The condo is very comfortable and well maintained, as are the grounds. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The balcony furniture is old and worn out.

    Family really enjoyed every day of our stay at this beautiful remodeled apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped, but make sure you bring your own gas grill. SPI rentals no longer rent BBQ grills. I would definitely be staying in again..

    The location of this property is great with regards to proximity to the beach and the view is amazing. The property manager was also great to work with. There was also a closet with some extra chairs and toys for the beach. My issue with the rental was the lack of investment in maintaining the property by the owner. I have stayed in 5 different condos in this resort/complex and this unit was by far the most run down yet still at the same price point of the other units. There needs to be an investment into the property to fix a number of issues. You can see outside between the front door and the door jam. The door to the porch was so old and busted that it could only be opened by me. Both toilets would constantly run and we had to keep going back and shaking the handle to stop the water. When you would shower in the main bathroom there was a backflow of sewage gases into the bathroom. The main fridge was old, rusted, and not working. A secondary fridge was brought in and would not seal properly. After having some of our food go bad, we saw the seal was bad so pulled furniture in front of the door to keep it sealed. We couldn't use the kitchen table because it was broken and wobbly. The master bed was really soft from the mattress pad. The trundle bed in the living room was very squeaky and I don't know how it didnt fall apart. The couches were old and not comfortable at all. I would defiantly stay in the complex again and with SPI property but just in a different unit.

    The access to the beach and restaurant's is great. Just a few issues with our unit The ceiling fan in the bedroom sounds like it is ready to fall down, the TV in the bedroom was stuck on a children's station, the toilet would not stop running, and make sure when you leave the room that you push any number to lock the door! The door does not lock if you don't do this! They didn't tell us at the office. We were lucky that we weren't robbed. The water pressure in the shower and sink was really low.

    The condo was good size and great view and location on the island. However, the age and condition of the furnishing in the condo were quite old, dirty, and worn out. Most of the outlets are so old and worn out they barley hold in anything in the plugs. The sofas and trundle bed were worn out and stained. The bed was very old and worn out and the even the plastic covers on the mattress and box springs were dirty. A mattress topper was put on to try and make it better but that only made it to tall for the fitted sheet to stay on. We got Lysol spray to try and gid rid of the old musty order in the condo and make it feel less dirty. It would not take much to clean, paint, and get new furniture and beds for the condo to make it a decent condo but I would not stay here until the condo gets some type of investment by the owner. This is a nice complex, just a bad condo.
