This gorgeous 3rd floor condo has been completely, tastefully remodeled and has a full view of the beautiful sunsets and the pier. Both the living room and master bedroom feature wall to wall windows that open to the oversized balcony. The 2nd master suite has its own private balcony. Sterling Reef Resort offers a bi-level swimming pool, fitness center, covered parking garage, activity room with a big screen tv, a sky terrace with grilling area and is located next to the county pier. This spacious condo has three bedrooms with king beds, two of which are gulf front. New porcelain plank flooring, new appliances, updated bathrooms and modern furnishings make this condo one of the best in the resort. The new automatic blinds and large expanses of windows from this corner unit provide stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Easy access. No need to fight traffic. The condo is conveniently located at the intersection of Front Beach Rd and Al Coleman Rd. The ability to get off Front Beach Rd to Middle Beach and Back Beach or Route 98 and other connecting side roads is invaluable during peak seasons.

Sterling Reef is located at the heart of the beach and is convenient to many activities such as Shipwreck Island Water Park just across the street and Bay County Fishing Pier just next door. Great restaurants, shopping, St. Andrews State Park, and much more are nearby. While you stay at Sterling Reef, available to you is Sterling Club at Bay Point for golf, tennis, and water activities.

    If you are thinking about booking here DO IT!!! Everything was so nice and clean. The view was spectacular!!! The only complaint was the elavators but thats out of my control. Staying on the third floor wasnt that big of a deal to use the stairs. Everything was lovely we will definitely be back soon!

    The condo is great! Great views! Great location! Very spacious! Huge balcony with great views. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there are only 2 elevators. We stayed on floor 3 which is really floor 7. If you need an elevator just be prepared to wait 15 minutes during peak times.

    Very well laid out condo with gorgeous views! Loved it! Kitchen is a little small but we managed fine with it. Great balcony and perfect for watching the sun go down. Hostess was terrific. Will definitely be back there.

    The condo was breathtaking! We had to schedule last minute due to some changes and everything worked out perfectly. It was clean, well taken care of, and the views were amazing. We felt right at home from the second we got there. I would highly recommend!

    The condo was great and very organized. Owner was very accessible and attended to our needs. Location is great with access to MB Miller pier within walking distance thys avoiding the new $12/day parking fee! We will be back!!

    The location was Great, Condo was Beautiful and had everything we would need.I just wish the Pool would have been open and not close for Maintenance during Spring Break.
