Stayed Aug 21, 2025We had to stay at another location and decided to extend our stay by five daysI located this unit because of the affordable rateAnd it’s proximity to Sosua Beach and Cabarete The communication between Gregory and myself was awesome right up until check-inThe beds were very comfortable ceiling fans in every room offer good circulation, and the AC during the hard times was greatThe kitchen was well equippedThe property itself was beautiful my wife and her friend enjoyed the water park and the swimming pool.A few minutes, drive to the supermarket and many restaurants close to the beachWe would return here again

Stayed Jun 25, 2023The place was clean and comfortable, the gated community is great has many amenities, you can walk to the places within the community but you def need a car to drive to the local beaches. Greg was attentive and helpful. Would consider for future stay!

Stayed Dec 29, 2018Overall we found the condo very nice. Located in a gated community with several swimming options, all our needs were met. Restaurants were within the complex and transportation to Cabarette provided many shopping and dining opportunities.
