Beautiful resort right on the beach…Food excellent, rooms felt like home

Property had everything we needed. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Parking was quite expensive.

Absolutely loved this room and property! I can’t wait to rent again! The room was clean, comfortable bed, nice mini fridge and lots of space. The view from the room and balcony are spectacular! Our host was so sweet and always answered right back. The staff at resort were terrific and I was sad to say goodbye to them.

Wonderful property with extremely beautiful view of the property and ocean. Extremely close to walkable and enjoyable beach and the location was perfect (between Hanalei and Waimea Canyon)

I was nervous after reading reviews online, due to the construction. The lobby was closed and under renovation. This did not change my review. The grounds and pools were absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and the view was amazing. I loved that this resort was not crowded, unlike the others. I loved watching the sunrise. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t to come back!

The view from the room is absolutely beautiful! The owners very very responsive. We are more adventure seekers so did not use the pools very much but the grounds are lovely! We loved staying in Lihue and hope to come back again! Mahalo

The host was very helpful when we had issues with the AC temp and shower faucet. Replied in a very timely manner.

The host was welcoming and quick to respond to messages. Also put in an extra service since it was our honeymoon we appreciated greatly!

Beautiful view of pools and ocean from this room. Very conveniently located. It’s on the 4th floor, never heard a lot of noise from other rooms. Parking is a short walk, note that it’s 40/day. Ice machine/vending machine on same floor. Room has a dehumidifier that works really well, you just need to empty the water out each day. Mini fridge is a good size for drinks and bottles and has a small freezer section. Laundry in building across (4 per load to wash or dry), if you don’t want to pay for change of towels. Lobby has a free filtered water machine so you can fill up before leaving each day. It was nice to have the 2 beach chairs, very useful when checking out beaches. An umbrella would be a nice addition.We never had an issue getting a lounge chair at the pool. Area was clean and comfortable. Staff everywhere were very nice.Lihu’e is a great location for driving to north (Hanalei 55 mins) and Poipu (30 mins)…scenic drives. Coconut marketplace is 10 minutes. Kapa’a is also close by and has restaurant options. Costco, Walmart about 10 minutes.Property manager, Crystal, was very nice and responsive.Don’t hesitate to book. It’s the perfect combination of owner rental and resort.

The property was great and the food was excellent. Overall, the staff was great; however, we did encounter someone at the front desk who was unwilling to help due to the fact that we were Vrbo clients vs actual resort guests.

My husband and I loved our stay here. This unit was absolutely perfect. AC was amazing, bed was comfortable, ocean and resort view, great communication with host. Some things to keep in mind while booking: the resort is not within walking distance of pretty much anything, must Uber or rent a car. The resort puts on activities but VRBO guests are not able to participate. Also, the prices at the resort are extremely expensive (20 for two small virgin pina coladas). Overall, loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We hadn't stayed at a VRBO before and didn't read Crystal's notes in detail so we were upset that there was basically no soap for shower/bath. But you couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper in the tub to prevent water from draining. Someone else's shampoo was left in the shower. There was a dirty towel on the closet floor. Overall property was clean but unit as stated above. Property has extremely limited pool seating although there is tons of open space. The unit itself has a great location and views and sitting on our lanai watching the ocean, feeling breeze and running down to the pool for a dip made up for the lack of seating. Overall, with a few maintenance issues cleared, we would absolutely stay there again!

Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very was fantastic! Condo was in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This location is perfect and convenient to visit all the different places in Kauai. It's also close to the airport which makes nice so you don't have to waste time driving. You will definitely need a car. The view was gorgeous and you could hear the ocean from the room. Loved having the beach towels and beach chairs to take to the beach. The whole resort is beautiful and the restaurants and pool bar were great. Loved that you can grab your Starbucks coffee each morning at the lobby store. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! I love the location - not in an overpopulated area (vs Poipu) and is tucked away next to the ocean. Great location in a mid-point which makes it convenient for going to the North and West parts of the island. The room was a great size and space and had some ocean view which was wonderful! 10/10 highly recommend!

Nice room with great view and porch. Was quite expensive for an hotel room without services of rest of resort (maids, trash removal (not fun poking around in dirty service area of resort to toss our trash), etc), and having to pay extra 35 per night for parking, etc. we did appreciate convenience to airport as gave us an extra morning at beach.

The room was lovely, resort had all the amenities, and the beach view alone was worth the trip. Overall great stay, would happily book again.

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai! The island is beautiful. The resort is beautiful as well - very clean and gorgeous landscaping is well kept. A few nice food options on the resort. All staff was very kind and welcoming. The ocean view from the room is very nice - also overlooks the pool area. Great way to get the ocean view at a reasonable price. The room was nice enough - clean, smelled good… just a few features that could use a little updating. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would definitely stay again!

I wanted to ensure that I got a nice ocean view of all the units available. This room was very nice and clean and had a wonderful pool and ocean view. You can sit and watch the waves. The pools were perfect and great for swimming. The room and property were very clean and well maintained.
