Great View

The condo was great. The host was wonderful.

Great location and very nice place. Well stocked with the basics, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in oceanside. The rooftop patio was and excellent spot to have dinner/drinks and watch the sunset. The amenities and landscaping were great and was a perfect spot for our weekend get away.

Lovely unit and well appointed. Only recommendation is how to access streaming apps on TVs.

The beach equipment was a major help. We ate dinner upstairs on the balcony every night. We loved it.

Clean and functional 2 Bdr 2 Ba with great ocean view. Well supplied. Would stay again.

We love North Coast Village, the beach is so accessible and the pool is awesome. The upgrades in this condo are absolutely beautiful, it's simply lovely. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing. Loved the room and location. Robert was quick to answer any questions we had. ocean view was a bonus. Great hot tub, pool and workout room! We will definitely be back!

This unit is clean, well stocked and in the perfect location.

Overall, the stay was great and the unit had what we needed. Beach gear: Wagon, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards (a couple were bent in half), skim board, beach toys, shoulder cooler bag, etc.Basics: pots, pans, etc (had a pizza cutter which we've seen a number of our stays in various places not have)Easy Access to the beach and pool/spas.Solid top floor viewSome minor items of note:The Unit is right above the common grilling area so depending on usage and wind direction, you may be forced to close the windows and sliders. The finishes and furniture were a little dated, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there in the future.While the unit is kid friendly, it didn't have a lot of younger kid friendly dishware options.The balcony and deck furniture looked old (stains/rust/etc) and protective layers were falling apart (expected being so close to the ocean and humidity).

Perfect location

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was so much fun.

Bathrooms need new caulking, impossible to clean.. entry/kitchen tiles are broken. Other than that, very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was big enough for all our 6 family members. The kitchen had everything you need to cook the whole time you are there. The beach access is literally down strairs and around the corner. They had ping pong paddles, pool table sticks and balls, boogie board and chais and a wagon in the home for you to use. On property there are ping pong tables and pool tables to use. The swimming pool is very large. We were ther christmas week and the property was decorated beautifully. Everyone you encounter there is very friendly. We could of easily stayed longer. There is public parking lot right across the street that is 5 a day.Shower up stairs is literally a trickle of water. It was horrible to shower in but the downstairs shower was excellent water pressure. The pull out couch bed was rock hard. You would be better off sleeping on the couch itself. We did not use it. Some of the beds were very firm and hard but i think this is a preference thing. I like soft beds. This is on the property management: the elevator broke off and on our entire stay. We actually got stuck in it one time. So if you have someone who can not climb stairs you may want a ground level unit. I was a little nervous about communication when i first booked. But when we got close to our stay robert called and answer all my questions. He was very friendly. Overall we had an excellent stay. I would love to come and stay in the summer. whole tome you are there.

Loved our two day quick stay here. The place was perfect for kiddos and us with separate sleeping quarters and everything we needed for our time. Would stay again for sure!

As pictured- lots of beach supplies which was awesome wagon was a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Weird smell in stairs to loft- I’m allergic to scents and couldn’t find it to unplug it. There was no communication book/binder offering suggestions or directions on Checkout compared to other places we’ve stayed here. No reminder or connection reach out from owner in the days leading up to or during. I tried to find original contract I’d signed but couldn’t find it from my emails because it was a private company contract and not vrbo- here’s to hoping I didn’t miss anything.

The condo is beautiful with beach decor, it’s very inviting and close to the best pool and close to the beach. We are seniors with walking issues and it was very easy to walk the resort grounds. The views from both balconies were amazing sunsets and fun watching the surfers. We would definitely stay again.
