Stunning Oceanfront Suite - Sleeps Six - Top Floor - Heated Pool & Hot Tub Access!

We enjoyed our stay. I like the fireplace and cozy beds. The only con comment was with the pool. It was definitely not heated. The hot tub was hot but you could not turn on any jets. The ph of the pool was tested while we were there but no test on the hot tub. I felt the hot tub needed attention. We always enjoy our stays at D Sands and will be back.

Unit was clean and has a great view. Property is older, and minor maintenance needed (refrigerator seal - makes it tough to close) and balcony light needs replacement (strobes when turned on).

Very clean. Comfortable. Not luxurious, but comfortable like a warm hug. Well furnished. Comfy beds. Excellent view!! Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. HOT shower. Loved the fireplace. Room warmed up quickly. Staff was receptive to some issues we had with the door lock and sent housekeeping and maintenance to address our issues. Very friendly staff.

Ocean view was spectacular

This was a great place for our Ocean Vacation. We had a great time. Definitely a workout walking up the stairs, but well worth it. The proximity to the beach was awesome.

Great place on the beach. It's a bit outdated, the fireplace could've used a cleaning and I found what looked to be like dog hair on the sofa cushions even though it's supposed to be a dog-free rental.

This place was awesome. Beach access and clean rooms with plenty of square footage. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance too.

Loved the location, balcony with unobstructed view of the ocean, cozy fireplace. Very clean and convenient for seeing the sites.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights recently and chose this particular condo for the ocean view and balcony = it did not disappoint! While the property and building are a bit older, the condo itself had updated and comfortable furniture as well as everything we needed in the kitchen! Plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchenware and room to move around. And a fireplace........ahhhhhhhhhhh We truly felt like it was our home-away-from home for that long weekend. The communication we received from the beginning of our reservation all the way up to our checkout was clear and often. We will be back!!!!

I would give an almost perfect because everything was really great but the beds are SUPER hard. We purchased a mattress topper at Walmart in Newport to get some sleep. Just something to be aware of if super firm mattresses don’t work for you. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Location was perfect and everything was clean and comfy. Checkin process was easy. We woke up around 8 on our last day to a high pitched constant beeping noise and after investigating, we found it was the carbon monoxide alarm. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room due to this. Due to no one being in the office, I informed the after hours number and then told the front desk person when they came in at 10am (they were super helpful and understanding). We were told it was the battery. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our final morning and checked out early. No one has followed up with us about it or responded to the email I sent asking for a partial refund.
