STUNNING OCEANFRONT! ~ SPECTACULAR VIEW!

Patty was a great host and gave detailed instructions prior to arriving and also checked in on us after the first night to make sure we didn’t need anything. The Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Chairs and a wagon are provided so you don’t have to bring your own. The bed was so comfortable. Loved the view on the balcony. The stay was perfect, will be renting here again!

We had the best vacation! Condo was beautiful, had everything we needed! The view was amazing! We will be back, just got to decide when we want to come back next year!

The room was exceptionally clean. The view was perfect. It is A 19th floor balcony looking right at PCB. The owner was easy to get to if you have problems or anything else. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had all the spices you would need. If you come, make sure you have your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV logins and passwords so you can stream should you want to watch tv.

The BEST condo we have ever rented! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING! Clean as a whistle. Decorated impeccably. The MOST comfortable bed EVER. (I wanted to bring it home with me.) Kitchen was well stocked, including salt, pepper, other seasonings and coffee. Full size coffee pot with basket for coffee grounds meant no need to worry about filters. Skillets were high quality and in excellent condition. Ice maker meant we didn't have to buy ice.Communication was FANTASTIC. I didn't have to ask any questions because she told me everything I needed to know. Large, comfortable living room. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Great little washer/dryer meant we didn't have to do laundry when we went home. Great shower pressure and I appreciated the hand held shower. Didn't get the chance to use the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Well stocked with bath towels and beach towels (in the bedroom closet). All resort pools and hot tubs were in good working order with plenty of loungers for everyone. The pools were pretty chilly in the morning, but we're brisk but comfortable by mid-afternoon. The beach was very clean with no litter strewn about. It appears to be a relatively busy area; however, we never had a problem finding a spot for our beach chairs.All staff were affable. Wear your bracelets; we watched security stop several people and ask to see it. Unit includes beach chairs and cart. The view from the balcony was OUTSTANDING!

This is perfect for a couples get away or just some time for self love. This rental was very clean and also has a feeling of home. Everything we needed was there. The check in and out process was very simple. I would definitely book again. Thank you for everything.

This is our second stay in this unit and we had another great experience. The host is friendly and attentive. The condo is thoughtfully decorated and stocked. The bed is very comfortable as well. The balcony is the perfect place for meals or drinks while watching the dolphins play. We will definitely stay again!

The host was awesome and easy to work with! We loved having the included rented beach chairs so we didn’t have to worry about carrying our chairs down to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo felt like we were visiting someone in their home in the best way possible. From the furnishings, to the complimentary items like coffee and toiletries. The bed was so comfortable. We didn't find that we needed anything during our stay. Everything we could need was already there, including beach towels. This is a huge bonus for us when we are on the motorcycle and don't have a lot of room to spare!The host was so easy to talk to and get in touch with. The parking deck is secure. And, the resort has a lot to offer. We didn't have time to enjoy the pools or hot tubs this round but plan to come back to check those out soon. We travel most weekends of the year and have found some great places to stay, but there's usually something we think, it would have been nice to have... That wasn't the case here! 10/10 we plan to revisit!

Beautiful condo, updated kitchen with everything you would need. Comfortable bed, balcony had a spectacular view. Host was the best, check in was simple and so was check out. Again the host was so accessible and would answer questions fast. The beach chairs and umbrella were awesome! Great location can’t say enough good things about the place. Thank you patty!!

Very nice and clean condo on the 19th floor. The view was awesome. The room is right next to elevator which was great. The parking lot is across the street so a little bit of a walk. I would highly recommend this place. Contact with owner was very responsive and informative.

It’s was a wonderful location the rooms were awesome everything was great. Had everything we needed to cook with elevators were not bad at all like most places you go to . All in all it was great we will definitely be staying here again we loved it.

The condo was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. The elevators were quick. The hostess was helpful with restaurant recommendations and quick to answer questions.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Patty and Dons condo. Loved that we had the same spot for our beach loungers every day and didn't have to get up early to claim a spot. I brought extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper but there was more than enough supplied for the 2 of us. Having covered parking was a plus along with a Starbucks located on the premises.

This was the second time we have stayed and we absolutely love it. Hope to do it again!

Great location and beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the elevator and great amentities.

Had a great four nights. The condo was as advertised. Loved the great view of the beach and ocean. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed the jet tub. Very relaxing. Had a couple questions upon arrival and they were quickly answered by Patty. Would absolutely stay there again.

This condo is our new favorite, we will definitely be staying here from now on when we’re in PCB. Incredible views, comfy bed, great shower …… was just all around perfect for us!!!
