Stayed Apr 19, 2026This condo and complex has everything you needThe host was amazing, We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and the gym. We walked on the beach and around the complex daily. Check-in and check-out was easy. I love that this complex has security and the complex is gated. We met a full-time resident of the community and he shared a lot of useful information about the complex. We walked to the Harbor and had lunch @ Tony's bar & grill and also had lunch @ The Flying Pig in Down Town O-side both amazing.My husband spent a lot of time in O-side as a child and my grandson is stationed at Camp Pendleton, So we plan on visiting again soon. This is now our #1 place to stay

Stayed Mar 25, 2026Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Short walk the beach and the pool area was also a couple minutes walk. Beautiful views from the balcony and home was completely stock with everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. We loved this place and plan to come back.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026Nice quiet location with easy access to the beach. Lovely sunsets with ocean view. Mattress is very comfortable. The sliding screen door track to the deck needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. Very hard to open & close. We have always stayed on the south side of NCV and had morning sun on our deck. You get hardly any sun on this north side deck.

Beautiful ocean view, clean and had everything we needed! The complex is beyond amazing with the landscaping and waterfalls and bridges! Very secure and not too touristy! 10/10 would stay here again in the future! Easy check in/out process. Within walking distance to the harbor for food and amazing views! I was worried about no AC in August but there are plenty of fans and we never complained about it being too warm in August! Beach access is only a few steps away and the beach was not too crowded!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Problem with ants. Got into our prescription medications. Ants on the toilet seat, shower etc.Problems with internet constant in and out.Last day no internet.View was ok off balcony. Fireplace was nice.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025My best friend and I stayed here for 5 days. The reason why we choose this specific property was for the view and it didn’t disappoint. There was a table and chairs on the patio and every morning we would go out and watch the ocean.
