Stunning Ocean View at Bella Sirena. Most tropical resort on Sandy Beach.

From booking to checking out it was flawless. We loved our time. Will and Kristin have been so so helpful and kind. I would stay here again and again we can’t wait to be back!!

Great place to stay

The condo was roomy and comfortable with a large patio looking out toward the sea. Very clean and provided all that we needed. Will quickly responded to questions as we prepared for our trip. No hesitation recommending this to others. I’m hopeful we can return!

Property was absolutely gorgeous, even better than what I expected throughout the photos. Perfect location, right on the beach, Beautiful area. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at different resorts, hotels and houses around Rocky point. So we didn’t expect much when we booked at Bella sirena. However, to our surprised our condo smell clean and everything look beautiful with a Spanish - beachy design. The grounds are clean and lots of greenery. We have a one year old , so we appreciate that they had a pack n play. So, if you’re wondering if this is good place to book, DO IT!

The place is gorgeous. It's neat, clean, and Will & Kristin have gone out of their way to stock the place with everything needed for a great weekend beach getaway.

My husband & I have been going to rocky point for many years multiple times a year. We stay at a few different condos & locations. I can 100% say from now on I will only go through Will & Kiersten. They are so awesome, so friendly, Greatest communication I’ve ever received from an owner. Will even knew to adjust the thermostat before we even realized anything at all. They have great suggestions, we discovered so many different places we even knew existed, one of the best trips we’ve taken so far! Thank you! Will be staying here again soon!

Very clean and nice Unit! We have been coming for years, always enjoy Bella Sirena - has a little more character than some of the other Sandy Beach stays... this Unit is great two bedroom, clean and has everything you need and owner is super responsive. Dont hesitate to book this one.

We stayed at this property for a week during spring break, and it was exactly as advertised. The spacious layout with two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the amazing balcony view showcasing the Gulf of California were highlights. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the resort’s location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything.The beach vendors were not pushy, which was very nice. We enjoyed affordable massages and delicious food from the local vendors, especially the sweet mangoes. My husband even got to enjoy jet skiing, and there were plenty of activities on the beach, like banana boats.Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cooler than normal, so we didn’t spend as much time in the water as we had hoped.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with great amenities and easy access to local attractions.

This property is so well kept. Everyday someone was working on something to beautify the grounds and the pools were immaculate! The grounds are like no other at Sandy Beach. I felt like was on a tropical island! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed, and the communication with the owner was so responsive. FYI if you want to use the pickleball court, there are actually two and the nets can be picked up from the security office! Pickleball in paradise…can’t get better than that!

We stayed for 4 nights and the condo was awesome! It was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and gave detailed information on the condo and surrounding places. There were provided beach items in the condo for use. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was as described, and maintained better than most I have stayed at. Modern but still had that Rocky Point vibe. Will stay again. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

We have stayed at Bella Sirena multiple times and this is the best unit we have stayed ever stayed in, starting with the spectacular view of the water and including little things like the well-equipped kitchen (the RO system is a nice touch) and all the beach gear in the laundry room (even sun hats if you forget to pack one). Every necessary detail was communicated in advance and there is a packet of additional/helpful info in the unit. Check-in is easy and check-out even easier. Such a nice vacation spot!

We had a great stay at this condo in Bella Sirena! The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is nicely stocked with beach items. The host is very helpful and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Bella Sirena! The condo was beautifully decorated and had every amenity we needed to make our trip perfect. The owners were great and very quick to respond with answers. The washer and dryer work great. The beach chairs, noodles, and balls were all used by us. The swim up bar was a lot of fun! We also used the infinity pool and jacuzzi.we didn’t even have to make breakfast because there were fresh burritos and tamales for sale on the beach. My daughter brought her cap and gown and we took beautiful photos through the property for her graduation pics. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great

Clean, spacious, with a big beautiful patio. We had a wonderful stay!! The property owners were very gracious, generous and responsive. Would certainly stay with them again. :)
