Stunning Ocean & Lagoon Views, Walk to Beach, Village & Dining

Great place to stay. Everything was as advertised. Heather couldn't have been more accommodating Plan to return next year Dick and Beth Wolfe.

Property was immaculate and tastefully appointed. Very well laid out and spacious. Comfortable beds and living room. Owner could better explain to neophytes what is involved with Smart TV and need to cast from phone to get channels. Also, no mail box, had to rent at local UPS store. Otherwise a great stay!

Heather was a fantastic host. She was very communicative and accommodating. Her condo is a very week decorated two bedroom with a lovely view from the kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms are spacious and welcoming and the outdoor space is great to watch the sunset from. You’ll get used to the freeway noise quickly because of that view.

This is a lovely, clean and as described Condo with a big double deck deck for viewing the Lagoon. Bring your binoculars as there is so much wildlife. From Egrets to Osprey and Cranes to Bunnies and Birds . We rented a boat from the Lagoon and enjoyed outdoor activities. The Beach is so close and for miles! Heather is a wonderful, communicative owner and the Condo is roomy, well designed and lovely to enjoy.

This is our second year at this condo and we highly recommend it. The place has wonderful space, along with everything you would need. In addition to the beautiful condo the grounds are wonderful. Their is a heated pool and hot tub along with two underground parking spots. If you enjoy walking this place is ideal. It’s about .8 of a mile to the Carlsbad beach/boardwalk. The location is easy access to downtown Carlsbad, the 5, PCH, Outlet stores, and attractions in the area. We already have plans to go back. The owners are great to work with.

We have just returned from (another ) extended vacation in this wonderful condo in the perfect vacation location and decided that it is time to share the best kept secret in Carlsbad ! This property is perfectly placed to enjoy all the local attractions of the beautiful city of Carlsbad, as well as offering easy access to major freeways for those choosing to venture further afield. The condo is immaculately presented by the owners, and it is always a delight to walk in and view the numerous upgrades which keep the property fresh , current and up to date. Our previous review describes how perfectly equipped the condo is to meet the requirements of any discerning visitor looking for the comfort of home from home and the quality of a first rate hotel . It is a credit to the owners who have maintained and exceeded these standards on an ongoing basis. We can assure any wouldbe visitor that this condo is exactly as described and the photos accurately showcase this wonderful property. The grounds of this complex also reflect a level of excellence with wonderfully presented gardens and walkways and a beautifully presented sparklingly clean pool and spa. It is also worth noting that this is a very friendly complex with welcoming neighbours . Gated access provides good security and parking is adjacent to the elevator up to the condo. All in all , this really is vacation heaven . The beautiful Carlsbad beaches are in easy walking distance , as is the village which offers quirky shopping, excellent restaurants to meet all budgets and a real village/small town feel where people are open and welcoming and like nothing more than chatting to strangers who are wouldbe new friends ! Whilst at first hesitating to share this best kept secret we decided that perhaps we should be a little less selfish and should share this wonderful place with the discerning traveller. We can not commend this property without reference to the owners who have been a pleasure to deal with. Every request and communication has been dealt with quickly and graciously, and it has been a joy to deal with them whilst arranging our perfect vacations. We look forward to returning again (and again) to this wonderful location and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to any wouldbe vacationer looking for first class accommodation, in a perfect location .

Great holiday location!! We just spend two months in this wonderful condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and more and was like new. The beds were very comfortable and the floor plan was very convenient when we had visitors. The easy access to the pool and spa was an added bonus - we also had them virtually to ourselves. The condo is located in a great area for walking to the beach or down town Carlsbad. It is a little noisy on the decks from the I-5 traffic but very quiet inside. The Owners were very responsive to any concerns we had. Very convenient to anything you want to do or see in the Carlsbad/San Diego area. Definitely would recommend it as a place to stay! Thanks again to the Owners.

We have just returned from a vacation in this property, and can not praise it enough ! The condo is exactly as described, and then some, as it is difficult to capture in words the beautiful sunrises witnessed each morning from the balconies ! The property is beautifully presented with everything we could possibly need for the perfect vacation, including a wide variety of entertainment for the odd day staying home to enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings. The location is a perfect base for local sight seeing, with just a short walk to the beautiful village of Carlsbad and local beaches, or for branching out in the car and going further afield. That is, if you can tear yourself away from this beautiful home from home. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The gated community offers safety, security and lushous grounds and a sparkling pool/ spa to enjoy, all meticulously maintained. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning at future date.
