Stunning Ocean Front Condo with Shared Amenities | Pool, Tennis, and Gym

The condo itself was wonderful, although the sliding door on the master bathroom is an odd choice (offers no sound isolation).The property amenities could use some work. Outdoor pool was clean but too cold to use. The indoor pool was dirty and is in need of maintenance (tile/flooring on pool deck). The fitness center is dated, and smelled strongly of mildew.

The location and condo are very nice. Although the building is a bit worn The condo is nicely updated. The floors are hard to keep clean and a swiffer would be helpful. The code to the outdoor restroom would be helpful information if available. Nice beach with surprisingly gentle waves. Space was perfect for 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Great views of property and ocean. We had some difficulty getting code to enter gate at property but everything else was perfect. Clean and well equipped place.

We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family! We enjoyed the porch and we also enjoyed the oceanfront view! This is a great area to take your family. Very private and low key.

We loved staying at this condo. We have stayed at several in the area and this one is the best by far. We will definitely be returning!!

The view was amazing, the condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfy!

Overall the unit was lovely. Spacious, updated, nice amenities. Pool and location was fabulous. However like the review below said, the floors desperately need mopped. Turned our feet black right away. Thought the sliding barn door with no lock on the master bathroom was a little inconvenient, but other than that no issues. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Great water pressure. Vacasa made arrival/ departure confusing. Address on the email had a typo so we were lost. Make sure you scroll down on the email to see that you have to go to their office to pick up a packet or you will go to the unit first and have to turn around and go pick everything up…. Check out email instructions were the exact opposite of the directions in the packet we received. Also you have to drop everything back off at their office when you leave instead of leaving for housekeeping in the unit. So overall unit- 10/10 Vacasa experience 5/10

Overall we had a great time and the condo is very nice, but there were some cleanliness issues with the floors. They were desperately in need of a good mopping. We also had to wash some of the dishes prior to use. I think this may have been because of others not understanding how to properly set the dishwasher.
