Great place and clean space. The pool area well maintained!

Great stay!

My daughter and I recently stayed here. It’s a lovely gem. The beach/boardwalk is two blocks away. There’s plenty of dining options and cute little shops to pop into. The owners are easily accessible and friendly not only at booking but while staying on the property. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a proper vacation. We can’t wait to visit again.

It was small, but very clean and decorated very nicely. Murphy bed was really comfortable. Very good and safe location. Really close to the beach and close to a lot of the restaurants and bars along the Broadwalk. I would stay here again.

Nice place, very well stocked with what you need for day to day comfort and beach outings. Good communication and quick response when we needed something extra!

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis. We stayed here for 7 nights. The property was very clean and modern. It is the perfect size for two people. The location is great and its just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. There are many dining options and bars within walking distance. They also supplied beach towels, chairs, etc for the beach. The courtyard is nice and private with tables, chairs, and grills. We met some wonderful people down there. The mattress was also very comfortable. The host was fantastic in providing lots of information and was quick to respond. Hollywood is one of our favorite beaches and we would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness and peaceful quiet feeling of the place. And was equipt with everything you need to go the beach. Beach bag chairs etc.

This was a terrific choice. The apartment is small, but well furnished a perfectly located for enjoying the beach and Broadwalk. Rocky was a wonderful host. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is there. Highly recommended.

Great location and off the beaten path, so it’s quiet and it’s literally 3 min walking distance to the beach. The unit itself is very small as it is advertised, BUT has every amenity you could want. Super clean and everything is sparkling and new! No complaints at all! Rocky the host was wonderful and responded quickly to requests. Wonderful time!

Quiet is spot on. Comfortable bed and everything you need to enjoy the beach! Room was super clean! AC worked great although it was hottest day they had had in a while. Great restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed the live music on the boardwalk! I would come back!

Everything in the listing was as advertised. It is a small space that is well-thought-out. The pool was relaxing after a day at the beach. We walked to the WaterTaxi, dancing, dinner and the beach. The host was very accommodating to our schedules, which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay again thank you for your hospitality!

Gated property quiet and private yet very close to beach and boardwalk. Clean property. Very comfortable bed. Small space workable for 2 people for a week stay.

This place has everything you need for a getaway to the beach. Get location -quick uber from the airport, walkable to the beach, water taxi, bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were provided. Hollywood also offers a Circuit ride share that was an easy and inexpensive way to get to the grocery store. There are tons of fun things happening just a block away at the Broadwalk on the beach. The pool was nice to have as well. It was clean and uncrowded. Check in was smooth-Rocky and Hope were responsive and communicated everything well. We had a wonderful time!

Really great experience at this super-clean, well stocked room a 3 minute walk to Hollywood Beach. Really neat property, with a grill, some old stone tile tables with umbrellas, a pool, laundry, Roku tv, a/c, everything you need really. The kitchen had everything you can possibly think of including basic condiments, sugar, etc for cooking. I would come back and stay longer. The check-in process was new to me, so you have to pay attention and read the texts, otherwise it was seamless. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed for 4 days and overall had a good experience. There was a small issue getting into the rental at first, but Hope resolved it quickly, which we appreciated.Once we got settled in, we noticed there were no standard bed pillows provided. There are only couch pillows which wasn’t ideal or what we expected. It also raised some concerns about cleanliness.On our second day at the beach, one of the chairs was broken. Ricky responded quickly and replaced it the same day, and also provided a partial refund to cover the inconvenience of having to rent chairs, which we thought was fair.The space itself was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it still worked for our stay. The pool furniture looked a little worn, likely from sun exposure. One of the highlights was how close the boardwalk is. It’s very convenient. The area felt safe, and the community is mostly older residents, but everyone we encountered was friendly. One thing that could definitely be improved is the towel situation. We were only provided four towels for the entire stay.Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Everything was great. Great location, ac worked great, everything was clean and nice, overall recommend for a nice couple, or 2 people going to have a good time!

Hope & Rocky were wonderful hosts. They even dropped off a space heater due to an unusual cold front coming through. It wasn't needed but it was extremely thoughtful. The space had everything we needed and the location was perfect! The pool and outdoor spaces were wonderful. Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Cleanliness , new, proximity to Boardwalk entertainment and restaurants

Bed was comfortable, great location

This was the perfect size and location for my wife and me. It is on a quiet street and in a gated group of properties. Step out of the gate and you see the ocean. The boardwalk is just as they say, steps away. Once there, a left takes you north along the resort part while a right takes you along the restaurant/shop part. The water taxi is literally a couple blocks away.

We booked this place instead of a resort because resort fees would have been a couple hundred dollars more. We were told 22 a day for parking is what we would have to pay for street parking and we were okay with that. Until we got there and the link they gave kept giving an error message and we ended up having to park in the parking garage all week. It ended up costing us almost 150 MORE than what we were expecting. We did reach out and they could not fix the problem for us but offered to pay any parking tickets we received. We did not want parking tickets on our records and we were also driving a rental and it would have went to the rental company instead which may have caused a lot more trouble in the end so we opted to pay for the garage parking. Another issue we had when we arrive is we could not get into the front gate after typing the code in multiple times. Eventually it did work but then we get to our studio door and our code would not work there. I texted the host and they did not respond for 30 minutes so we were just standing there wondering what to do and worried we may have been scammed. We tried to call and the number went straight to voicemail. We even left a message and did not receive a call back. Finally they texted back and said they forgot to reset the code. So they remotely reset the code for us and it was okay from there on out. We used the other gate located on the other side of the street for the duration of our stay and didn’t have an issue anymore

We had a very relaxing four day stay here. It was especially nice being so close to the beach with the necessary beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas and cooler) provided. This place was conveniently located near the boardwalk with lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet and clean with a cute little courtyard to enjoy right outside the front door. Rocky and Hope were very responsive as we had a little technical difficulty with the parking permit. We would definitely stay here again .

We will be back! Great location, close to everything! Has all the amenities you will need. We loved that the beach was just skip away. The location is close to all the great restaurants and fun bars (Riptide and Nicks).

this unit was just as described! clean close to boardwalk ocean loved the pool area and fact it had laundry on site to use prior to going on cruise could do our laundry that we had used the 3 days we stayed. Rocky and Hope were very quick with responses to our questions prior to arrival and while there. will definitely book with them again if we go to Hollywood Thank you for everything!!

We had a great stay at this property on Hollywood Beach. It was the perfect size for 2 people. We didn’t cook there but appreciated having the microwave and refrigerator for leftovers. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. We felt safe throughout our stay but liked having the added security of the locked gates. Really enjoyed having the patio area out right outside the front door. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, it’s bigger in person and is maintained really well. Thanks for a great weekend!

The studio was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed — whether we wanted to cook a light meal, head to the beach, or just relax and stay in. The location was great, with an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. We loved our stay! Hope and Rocky were super helpful and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back!

Well appointed, cute as a button, and location, location, location! We spent two nights here before a cruise. Close to airport and cruise port. Just steps from the beach and Broadwalk (which offered many dining options within easy walking distance). Even though it is close to the action, the unit was pleasantly calm and quiet. If in the area again, would happily chose this place.

Super cute and super clean! Location can't be beat, practically on the broadwalk, but just far enough down from the main section to be quiet. The hosts were AMAZING and checked to be sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, and perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, safe area, with plenty of food options within walking distance. We will be back!

The unit is well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Kitchen was also very well stocked. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Property manager was very helpful and addressed all needs promptly. One suggestion would be to use the parking garage next to the building rather than the street parking- more convenient.

The studio was immaculate! Everything was well thought out: the space, the items provided, etc. the location was perfect, close to the Broadwalk, beach, grocery stores and the airport! The complex was immaculate also- super clean, adorable and very nice to hang out in. The pool was clean. 10/10! Rocky our host was super helpful, friendly and a great communicator. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I went down to Hollywood Beach for the first time and stayed at Rocky and Hope’s condo! It was perfect, we were within walking distance to the broadwalk with so many shops and restaurants. The pool area was amazing and we met some great people! The condo was perfect for the weekend—clean with beach towels, a beach bag, a cooler, etc. We didn’t have to pack any of it! Not to mention it was so clean, had toiletries there for us, and Rocky was the best host to communicate with! 10/10 will be back again!

Excellent location, only a very short walk to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit felt safe, clean, and the pull down bed was very comfortable. This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway and we would definitely book again.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops, and the lively boardwalk, yet still quiet and relaxing when you need to unwind. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Communication with Rocky was seamless from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even extra coffee pods. It truly felt like a home away from home.We’re already looking forward to our next visit this hidden gem is definitely a place we’ll be returning to. when we first arrived it was a little bit messy due to the other visitors BUT rocky got that straightened out right away & made it right! aside from that it’s a beautiful place to stay, the bed is extremely comfy, the shower is nice, and the kitchen area is prefect for 2 people!! the walk to the beach/boardwalk is not even 2 mins so that was great!! it made my birthday week wonderful! 10/10 would recommend ! rocky & hope are amazing host and responded attentively. Thank you!

This property was in the best location! The beach was just a few steps away!

Its about a half a block from the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas. Food and shops all up and down broadwalk!! Also if u get there early theres a place that will hold luggage (20). I watched the sunrise almost everyday!! Beautiful! It's a diverse crowd down there....retired, young athletic, and families. Rocky was pretty quick to answer and always helpful! There is a nice pool (and iguanas!). The place sits facing another row of 'apartments' both ends are gated. I felt safe. I'll go back for sure!!!

Unit was conveniently located, literally steps to the beach. Well stocked with cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella. Everything was clean. Kitchenette was well stocked. Easy access with keypad on door. Pool area was nice with plenty of loungers and tables. We didn't use the washer/dryer, located in the common area but saw that it was available.

My Husband and I had a great time exploring Hollywood, FL.Rocky made checking in extremely smooth, as I couldn’t get the parking figured out for his discounted rate.Thank you for making our experience so amazing. Your place was very clean and cozy!

It was clean. Not fond of pool location. It was closed in so no air could circulate. Beach was close. The combo lock was a pain. Bed comfy. I used small coffee pot. Had to find store to buy coffee. I had no car. You did advertise Netflix and Hulu but did not say one had to apply for membership. I did request coffee creamer which was delivered. Thank you

Very nice little place to stay for a few days! 2 minute walk to the beach, a pool, right on the broadwalk to go out to eat, and a short Uber from the ft. Lauderdale/ Hollywood airport! Love how beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided! Would stay again!

This was a great escape from the snow up north. The place had everything i needed. It's a two minute walk to the pristine beach, near plenty of restaurants and shops, yet quiet and relaxing. Communicating with the host was top notch. Thanks!

The unit was very clean and felt safe, making for a comfortable experience. The location was perfect, with plenty to do and see along the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again!

The most striking thing is the Murphy bed that folds down out of a cabinet by the wall. It is comfortable and easy to manage, and leaves you with a nice sofa and space to move around. The appliances are all major brands and in practically new condition. There is a huge refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, and an induction hot plate, and ample pots, pans, and utensils. An especially nice touch is a Breville coffee machine that came with a supply of Nespresso pods. There is a nice common area outside with umbrella tables and chairs and an available gas BBQ. There is a nice looking pool, but we didn’t use it. Went to the Atlantic to swim though. The location is great for that and for walking on the boardwalk day and night. We felt very welcome here. notes: — My wife is short and she found the shower hard to reach and control. — There is not an included parking spot,, so be sure to contact the owner for a special rate they have for street parking.

Great value for what you get. Right on the beach, and feels safe. Clean and convenient. Coffee, toiletries, water bottles, and bath and kitchen. There's even towels, chairs, and bags for you if you need them for the beach. I will definitely consider staying here again

Great location

PROS The location is the absolute best thing about this place. It is truly steps from the beach which is fantastic The place is fully equipped including an electric grill, microwave with a lot of bells and whistles, keurig and all the kitchen needs for eating and cooking. I had a few issues while I was there and the hosts were very responsive and addressed the concerns quickly. CONS I didn’t realize there was a Murphy bed (my bad, it’s clear in the ad). It was quite comfortable but just not the experience I wanted havjng to pull down and put back up a bed every day. There were no pillows for the bed and no comforter, only a thin blanket. I used the couch pillows but not really ideal for sleeping. The place is really really small and had a strange smell which triggered my allergies. For these reasons, I did not want to spend time inside the unit at all other than to sleep. While the hosts have done a lot to make the most out of this place, the things most important to me - comfort ease and ambience - are missing. If you want a spot to lay your head after spending a day at the beach then this place will suite you.

Location is maybe a 3 min walk to the boardwalk, perfect for a single person or couple. Everything was as promised.

Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was also very nice. The location is perfect, very quiet, steps from the beach and very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. We took an uber from the airport and was able to walk everywhere we went. The host was wonderful to work with. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Host was very responsive. Great location to the beach. Cushy tp and ice in the freezer put this over the top. Well equipped and a pleasurable stay. I would come back again!

Rocky opened his property to my daughter. We were looking for a place to get her out of the hurricane's path. Rocky’s place in Fort Lauderdale was available, and he got my daughter in quickly. He also checked in on her a couple of times. Thank you from a grateful dad.
