Stunning Marbella Condo w/Superb Caribbean Sea Views and Breathtaking Sunsets

Property was great! Amazing beach & surrounding area. The pools are HUGE. Plenty or restaurants , bars & stores within walking distance. Host (Vivian) went above and beyond especially with communication!!!

This is a lovely, well-situated condominium unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with the Master BR), a fully appointed kitchen, comfortable living room and darling balcony with a stunning view of the Caribbean, just as advertised. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to messages and questions. The property is also very secure without feeling like a fortress. Overall excellent accommodations,

This place is absolute paradise, very clean, beatifully decorated...security around the clock, didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is fully equipped, the pool area and beach are amazing and the restaurant makes great sangrias. Vivian, the owner is very sweet and helpful and super friendly. I'm hoping to be back soon.

the apt . was very nice , the only comment i have is that the toaster oven should be replaced i didnt touch itall else is ok

Fantastic communication with host. Property was exactly as advertised. Clean. Check in process is slow, but not at the host's control. I assumed there was parking as I had stayed in the same complex before, but was hassled by the door guy as he told me there was no parking assigned to the unit and obviously was making it as if he was doing me a favor (expecting money-usual DR stuff).

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a beautiful apartment with everything one needs. The view of the pool and beach is magnificent. There's a grocery store snd several restaurants right across the street. There's also a bar and restaurant right by the pool. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I was able to communicate with the owner if I had a question and she always got right back to me.

We've stayed at the Marbella complex many times, and this was our second stay at the Russo's. The condo is a little shopworn, but it was clean and well supplied, everything worked, and the view of the sunset from the balcony can't be beat. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful, and even went out of their way to help us set up a firestick we brought to stream movies with. They also brought a brand new coffee maker when they realized that the base of the old one was rusted even though we didn’t mention it. wonderfully

We just arrived home from our trip and I’m dreaming about the spectacular view from the condo and Marbella overall! Absolutely stunning! Pristine pools that were cleaned every day, leading out to soft sand beaches with the perfect amount of palm trees for ambiance and shade, and small waves breaking through the Caribbean blue waters! The condo was as advertised. We did have a little confusion checking in; thankfully one of the employees at the desk knew enough English to read/understand the instructions we received. We often had the beach area to ourselves, enjoyed morning and evening walks, snorkeling, sunrises and sunsets. Juan Dolio offers many great restaurants within east walking distance (Paladart and Sal Marina were our favorites). Vivian and Richard were great. They helped arrange transportation and Richard checked in and handled an issue with the water dispenser quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

This vacation was very important for my family, given my wife's medical condition. This rental had to be close to perfect and it was - perfect. The owners were very supportive throughout the booking and during our stay. My family has frequented many Caribbean island vacation spots and rate this Juan Dolio beach accommodation absolutely first-class. Please consider that this retreat is more relaxing, quiet, picturesque, rather than a centre of intense clubbing and activity. We enjoyed the casual setting and food at Cafe Bistro rather than the higher-end El Meson restaurant (both within walking distance). The nearby Mini-mart stores were adequate for basic needs (food and alcohol). My only suggestion for Merabella Condominia complex is to use more discretion for pool rules (e.g pools close at 8:00 p.m.) and music. Also the restaurant by the pool is poorly managed (expensive, no atmosohere, restrictive, irrelevant). All in all, my family highly recommends this good value property rental. You will enjoy this little piece of paradise!

If you are going to stay at Marbella, then you should consider this unit. The unit owner, Vivian, and her father Richard who was our main contact are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The unit itself is nicely appointed and the building is at the end of the complex away from the noise you can sometimes get from the bars across the street. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. There just isn't any better. The property is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, management has not invested in new palm trees or palapas and there isn't enough shade. There is also a shortage of lounge chairs and cabanas on the weekends when the locals who own condos here show up. Because an owner complained, the Property Manager instituted a rule that unoccupied lounge chairs and cabanas would be freed up for others. We went for a long beach walk, which was one of the reasons we liked this place, and returned to find someone in our chairs and our belongings gone. Another guest told us to check the security office and told us where to find it. The office was locked and unoccupied so we had to go find a security guard and ask him to find someone to open it so we could get our things. What complete rubbish. Its not like we come down and toss towels on a bunch of loungers and then not use them for hours. We sat in the same area every day for weeks. We would go for an hour long walk and then be in the chairs pretty much all day. Ruined the stay for us. Not returning.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights for our anniversary. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the patio provides a great place to listen to the ocean while unwinding. The amenities of the property are fantastic. The other thing we loved is the area was not super busy like some other areas of the DR. We really enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The property itself fully met our needs and we liked the layout. We would rebook if we return to the DR.

What a wonderful vacation! The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all well appointed. (coffee maker, pots pans utensils, etc. Everything that we needed to move in for a week....or 2...or more! Nice TV, WiFi, living area, and the VIEW IS AMAZING. The pool, beach, and local restaurants are very nice. Definitely didn't want to leave. Vivian was very nice and made sure that we had everything to be happy with our stay. Thank you!

Condo was exactly what was pictured and advertised. Property was in a secure location with several restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Wonderful communication between us and the host in the days leading up to arrival as well as while we were there. We had one electrical issue that we shared with the host. They worked around our vacation schedule and the issue was fixed as soon as possible. The pools were cleaned daily and the beach was free of debris. We never had an issue finding a lounge chair or cabana to use. There is a restaurant on site by the pool that had good food. We will definitely look into this condo again if we are in the Juan Dolio area!
