Stayed Nov 23, 2024What a wonderful experience from start to finish! The host was fantastic and the property and condo were excellent, checked all the boxes for us. The condo was a very comfortable unit that had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location was great, easy access to shopping, dining and the beach. The view was amazing, the property was well managed and equipped; great pools, gym and onsite dining. We'll be back!

Stayed May 8, 2023I loved this property, modern decor, comfortable setting, very attentive owner. The tower location does not afford a view of PV but the sunsets are spectacular. I would recommend this property without any qualification for an adult couple.

Stayed Nov 20, 2022Our stay was very nice and the condo was as advertised. It was supplied with dishes, coffee maker, toaster and the basics for preparing breakfast or small meals. Towels for showers as well as large towels for the pool. Bed was comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The communication with the owner was very good too.

Stayed Oct 31, 2022The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week+ stay - dishwasher, laundry, etc. The pool, restaurant and other facilities at the complex were excellent. The Grand Venetian is located approximately half way between the Marina and downtown - a nice 2 mile walk either way. On the downside, we had a problem with our stove, but our host took care of it in timely fashion. Also, the unit is a bit dated, most notably the bathroom lighting - there just not enought light in there. But, again, overall this is a great unit with great facilities and is in a great location. We'd certainly return if we come back to PV.

Stayed Oct 22, 2022The condo was very clean with a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Took advantage of both the on site restaurant and the great food park across the street. Enjoyed all of PV and went to Bucerias twice as well. Condo was great. Communication with host was easy and it exceeded our expectations. Fabulous pools too- especially at sunset!
