Stunning Luxury 2BR/2BA Condo at Bella Sirena - With Underground Parking Space!

Beautiful property, great service and communication

I love to cook and the kitchen has everything you will ever need.The balcony is huge and has the best view in all of Rocky Point. Had a few questions and John, the owner, was extremely responsive. Will be back next year.

The overall experience was great. Everything was organized and clean.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful condo at Bella Sirena, and will definitely be booking again! The condo is beautiful and well-appointed, but the best part is the owner, John. He is so helpful, responsive, and can answer any question about the area or resort, and does it so quickly. It's so nice to have a responsive contact when you are in another country. The resort is lush and the staff are helpful AND the pool bar makes a really great piña colada!

We had a great time. Our stay was awesome, home was clean, tastefully decorated and all amenities worked. Host was on very helpful, friendly and communicative…amazing service!

Not only a beautiful condo but they had beach towels, games and beach chairs. Lots of kitchen wear and spices so we were able to cook. The owner was super friendly and replied to my messages right away, thanks John! I highly recommend 10/10.

Incredible room with gorgeous view.

Great property and lovely unit. Oven/cooktop was not functioning which was a bummer considering we brought a bunch of food. Owner was replacing the day we left.

This was our second visit to this condo. Fantastic location on the fifth floor. Breezes and views. Condo is well-appointed and comfortable. We felt at home. Convenient to whatever we wanted to do. And the beach was absolutely spectacular this visit. We will be back.

Great room

This was a great place to stay and great location. Place had everything for our trip even things to use at the beach. Only thing I would say is that the cleaning people did not vacuum the rug they had very well and there was food still in the rug (but that’s not anything to do with the host). The host was terrific and was available to message anytime. Would definitely stay again.

AWESOME! Host was always available for questions. The condo was immaculate exactly as advertised. We have visited RP for years (2010) staying at random places but this was by far the best and definitely recommend.

We’ve always stayed at THE surrounding property (Las Palomas) that everyone books at, but decided to try Bella Sirena this go around. With all the reviews from this listing I decided to give it a go. The others were not lying about the view from the balcony. The pics hardly do it any justice. Spending Father’s Day weekend with my daughter, it was even more important to me that everything was perfect. The view aside, the location was perfect, the condo was stunning, the master bed was like sleeping in soft butter (yes that means comfy lol), but the grounds of the property were so well maintained and beautiful. We will for sure be back booking this very property next time.

Great condo with the most beautiful view of the property and ocean. John is an amazing host and was so helpful with informing us of election weekend rules. We absolutely loved our stay and have agreed to return to John’s condo twice a year! Can’t wait!!
