Stunning lake condo with AMAZING lake views. Just a fews miles from downtown.

Friendly host, clean, smelled fresh when we arrived, had extra sheets and bath towels, kitchen/cooking utensils, very cold a/c and a beautiful lake view out the living room window. Would definitely stay here again.

The view was amazing. The unit was clean. They have internet sufficient to work remotely, with family also online. ;) That was a plus. Appreciated the lower unit (no stairs). Didn't realize how much I appreciated until I noticed other visitors hauling luggage. For those of us not familiar with gated communities, reco some type of light to be able to see the keypad after dark at the gate. Would also reco different unit door light as bugs are MANY and attracted to the point its a gauntlet to access after dark without all the bugs following you in. Would we stay here again? Absolutely....

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view. Walking in, it smelled wonderful and was clean. The hosts were kind. They made checking in and out easy. Plus you can’t beat the price! I felt safe staying there with my 7 year old! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

This rental looks just like it is pictured. It was clean. I was impressed that the bedroom, bathroom, and living room areas are all a good size and spacious. Josh, the host was very polite, attentive, accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered straight away, even before my stay. He was very helpful and kept in contact before and right after my stay. The lake view was wonderful. I felt like they had the best view and location on the end. The only thing I would do differently next time, would be to extend my stay another day, so I can sit outside and relax and soak up the view. I would definitely stay here again. Great lake views, clean, perfect weekend getaway

From the time I booked until check out the host was great. The rental was cleaned very thoroughly and the view was amazing. The location was quiet and easily accessible to the downtown area and the national park. Exceeded all expectations.

Josh is very responsive to questions. He welcomed with drinks and cinnamon rolls for pur first morning. The condo was clean and in working order. Pleasantly decorated. The view is beautiful and the river is quiet and peaceful. The condo is a 20 minute drive from downtown hot springs and from the lake area, 15 minutes from the grocery stores if you forgot anything. Oh, and the river is quieter on weekdays since there are less boats. It's also located far up the mountain away from traffic noise. I want to come.back here again. Thanks, Josh.

I had to re-wash the dishes and clean all floors including counters tops.

Overall description was inaccurate. Listing stated it was minutes away from downtown. It was 20 minutes. Description says couch was a queen size. It was double/full at best so my kids were uncomfortable. There was a leak coming out of the wall by the bathroom when shower was going. Air conditioner unit in the bedroom made a loud click and pop noise all night and kept us up. The location was beautiful and directly on the lake. The walls were very thin as it was loud next to us and above us. When letting the owner know we decided to leave a day early due to the uncomfortable conditions he was very dismissive and implied that bc nobody else complained of a leak that it was mine and my problem alone. So. It was wasted money for sure. Very disappointed in the hospitality and deception of the description.

My family of four had the BEST time staying here over fall break. The girls (ages 8 and 10) enjoyed swimming in the river and I enjoyed watching a bald eagle catch his breakfast two mornings in a row! The condo was cute and comfortable. However, the couch folds down into a full bed (not a queen) and wasn't quite big enough for our kids to share. No problem, though, since we had brought a blow up mattress as a back up. The owners were communicative and helpful and checkin/checkout were a breeze. Though I wish our upstairs neighbors hadn't (loudly) gotten up at 5:15 am, it seems I was the only one of my family who was disturbed. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband and I brought our motorcycles to ride in the mountains for the weekend. This was the perfect location for our stay. The condo was perfect, smelled so nice, was located in a gated area and had a nice walkway all along the lake. Cheaper than a hotel too!
