Stayed Nov 6, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Des’ condo at BVG Marina. The unit had everything we needed, it was well equipped and very comfortable (especially the bed!). Des was so accommodating and friendly, and communication was excellent. His onsite property managers were very responsive to our needs, and overall, it was a very positive experience! Stayed Apr 3, 2025Many times to Mexico, first time to Ixtapa. The area itself is beautiful with lots to see and do over our 2 week stay. The Bay View Grand Marina is perfectly situated and extremely well-maintained. Our unit was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our getaway. The owner and his Property Manager team were super professional and quick to respond with answers to questions or handle any minor issues. We felt cared about and looked after. We are already loking forward to returning!

Stayed Feb 19, 2025We were very happy with our stay at BVG Marina condo. Des provided us with the info we needed to prepare for our stay. Javier greeted us at our arrival and provided a tour of the condo and ensured we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to accommodate a special request of roses (Valentines day) from my husband. The condo location is great and had everything we needed. Quick/easy access to the pool and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Our stay was in February and there were lots of people from the US and Canada (snow birds) with extended stays so we were bummed we had to leave after only 1 week. We had lunch most days at the on site restaurant and the food was really good.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025We had a wonderful time in Ixtapa. Loved the infinity pool and luxurious grounds. Also loved that we were away from the noise of the all inclusive resorts at the other end of the beach. We would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect spot for the two of us. We loved starting our mornings with a trip to the pool or beach. After a full day, we could return to the condo to cook dinner, do laundry, and end the evening watching our favorite movies. A big thank you to Des for being so kind and keeping us informed!
