Stunning Gulf Front Penthouse - 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella included!

We absolutely loved this condo! The views are beautiful and the place was very clean and had everything we needed! The host goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care and comfortable during the stay. The location is perfect on our favorite end of the beach, walking distance from everything we love- including the new Tootsies! Great place to relax, enjoy the beach, and make memories!

Very clean, awesome views, easy to get in/out. It felt quiet and private even though it’s in a condo complex.

Penthouse was absolutely amazing. One of the best places me and my fiancé have stayed at on front row. It was super clean, BEAUTIFUL views, Mike was awesome to work with. Check in was easy. Security on site makes you feel safe. Bed was comfortable. We are definitely coming back to stay. Also love the chair and umbrella .

This place is amazing I can’t describe in words the views you will experience. The inside is just as beautiful with the huge tv to match the views. I couldn’t ask for more was truly great place, friendly staff and neighbors. I would definitely recommend 10/10 Thanks Mr.Mike

Everything was wonderful! Mike was great with keeping in touch with us on what we needed to know. Condo had an amazing view as was pictured and the bed was super comfy!

Mike was an amazing host, very attentive and extremely well prepared! The penthouse condo was amazing; the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of amenities, everything was organized and clean, the view was amazing, and Mike made sure he was available for us throughout our stay and provided very clear notes for check-in/check-out procedures. The view was incredible, everything was perfect!

Absolutely stunning spectacular views when you walk in. Nothing can beat those floor to ceiling views of the Gulf. You will not be disappointed. This condo is beautiful, clean, cozy and is a perfect place to spend a vacation. Condo has everything you need to just relax and enjoy your time at the beach. Beach walking at its best. Loved watching sunrises, sunsets and dolphins swimming from the balcony. The bed was extra comfy too. Location was excellent with great restaurant options near by. Mike was very attentive to any questions we had and was a wonderful host. Definitely will stay here again.

Fantastic place right on the beach! Pictures do not mislead. And the view....is AMAZING, full wall of windows. Clean, modern, nothing overlooked. An added bonus, beach chairs and umbrella provided! Very nice with beachy vibe.

Very well kept unit and amazing views. Comfortable bedding, and sufficient seating areas. Owner provides a seamless check-in process and is immediately available to make sure the stay is trouble free. Definitely a unit I would book again!

It was perfect, absolutely no complaints. Would stay again without hesitation. View is amazing any time of day and you see it right when you walk in and pretty much anywhere in condo. Communication was good and enjoyed the location. Very easy access to beach and the use of beach chairs was great.

Great view of the beach and easy access. Restaurants within walking distance. The building A/C was having trouble but the property manager was very responsive and adjusted the temperature. Automatic blinds were a nice touch. Great vacation!

Nice penthouse condo with great view from the 12th floor. Very clean, good tv, comfortable bed. Short walk to the beach and umbrella and chairs included. Safe feeling. Ample parking with gate security. Check in was a breeze. Communication with owner was very good.

The view is great! Condo nicely furnished. Bed comfortable. The chairs on balcony need replacing the wood is rotting plus they too low. Need more comfortable chairs.

This unit has it all. Views from every room. The beach is equal to pristine white Hawaiian beaches.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike’s property. We had a slight inconvenience but were able to remedy that by other means. Mike was readily available by phone or text as was an excellent host. We would have no seconds thoughts of staying here again as the property was right on the beach, close to everything with a million dollar view.

The views, amenities and location are amazing. The size, structure and non upfront fees are not. The view is incredibly large and is one of the best I’ve had in PC and I’ve visited since I was 2 years old for 30+ years. Amenities of the place are good and the location for attractions is awesome. It is smaller than it looks and the bathroom is even tinier. All the doors slide to open which becomes increasingly annoying each day. It was the offseason when we visited but still had to pay to park(there were like 13 cars in the parking lot) and for wristbands to be on the property. Most places include both of these in your rental. Nice place but too pricey to rent again.

Breathtaking!

This property is AMAZING! Place was perfect for my husband and I. The condo had everything we needed and more! Coastal decor, very comfortable bed and couch! Loved where it was located, right next to Pineapple Willie’s which was perfect for a quick bite, drink or watch football. We will absolutely come back here again! Mike the owner was awesome! Oh and the view is spectacular!
