This stunning residence lives like a single family home. Situated in a small complex in a quaint location, the home is wonderfully appointed and perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing in Colorado’s most scenic mountain town.

The mudroom entry foyer leads to the guest bedroom with a full-sized bed, a single bunk and guest bath with custom tile work. Take the stairs to the bright and cheery kitchen and living room. Warm your feet by the free-standing gas stove and gaze out at the aspen trees on the ski hill. Enjoy coffee or a cocktail on your large private terrace. Going up another level, enjoy the expansive master bedroom and private master bath. Catch up on e-mail in the in-suite office or make calls from the quaint terrace off the master.

You can practically ski in from lift 7 or fly fish on the river just a block from the home. Fabulous hiking, mountain biking and Nordic skiing are just out your door. Walk to Telluride’s renowned festivals or all the amazing restaurants and amenities downtown. Take in the views from the free gondola to the top of the mountain or to Mountain Village.

Sleeps 7 with one queen bed, (150 pound limit on the bunk) and two twin beds in the loft above the master bedroom. Dishwasher and washer-dryer in the residence. HDTV with basic cable and Chromecast. Free wifi.

One covered parking space and one guest pass for street parking. Three night minimum.

    We loved the location of the property and it was a bonus to have a parking spot. It had everything we needed to make for a nice stay. The seating in the living room could have been more comfortable and there where a lots of stairs, but overall we where happy with our stay.

    This is a great location that's very easily walkable into town. The home was very clean and had a nice porch to relax on. The kitchen also had really helpful things like Tupperware and some cooking basics. The host was very accommodating and kind. I did find the main bed a bit hard, but otherwise a great stay!

    Visited Telluride for a ski/snowboard trip and had an amazing time. Host was very communicative in the whole process. House was clean and we had 0 issues during our stay. Tough to beat the location as we were easily able to hop on the mountain with how close it was to chair 7. Would recommend!

    My stay with a group of 4 guys worked out great. Grocery store and lift 7 are short walks (2 blocks). The town is also a short walk, about 5-10 mins. We stayed in this building the last 2 years for it's great price and location.

    Modern, clean and comfy spot for our family vacation. Walking distance to Lift 7 with ski check available at the Cimarron lodge just steps from the lift. So great to just walk to lift/ski check without carrying boards, skis,poles and boots back and forth each day. Close Walking distance to All restaurants and shops was fantastic.

    We loved the condo and the fireplace was so nice for us. It’s a two minute walk to Chair 7 and less than 5 minutes to grocery and liquor store. Super nice and great value.

    I do not believe the condo was cleaned prior to our arrival or perhaps the cleaning service left in the middle of their clean? The master bed sheets were old, bally and had blond hair laced throughout. The pillows were paper-thin and lumpy. The comforter smelled and was in dire need of replacement. When was it last cleaned? The master bath towels had to be rewashed before we could use them, as they smelt like they were left wet in the dryer. The toaster was disgusting; the fry pans had grease on them, and they were not cleaned. There was an old scrubbie/sponge in the sink that was dirty and old when we arrived. The place was disappointing.

    So cute and perfectly located. Beautiful natural light, great kitchen, etc. Could comfortably fit a group or family. Covered parking was so convenient. We loved staying here and hope to be back!

    Nice location, convenient to Clark’s market to get groceries and food However there was no ice in refrigerator ice maker, only small Tupperware containers with water frozen in it
