The ONLY drawback to this property is the limited parking. We had to use the parking garage next door and that was $20 for the night. The property was modern, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

This property was super clean, new and comfortable. It was walking distance to Front Street and a couple of Breweries. Parking is behind the building, very convenient (once you figure out where it is). I would highly recommend this place. Also, the host let us in early which was great! To Mindy: I'd just recommend providing the street/location for parking. It is so simple once you find it.

We stayed here with our 2 kids (ages 13 10). Not our first time to TC, but our first go with an apartment booking. Overall, we loved our time here and would consider booking again for a short stay. Here are a few notes to help you decide if it’s right for you: Pros: • Walkable: It’s about 5-10 min on foot to Front St shopping/dining. Felt safe. • Parking: Free lot behind the building was always full, though paid parking garage is right beside the building and is well lit and secure. Expect to pay approx $20 per day to use. • Kitchen is fully stocked. • Clean. Building smells a bit like new construction. Room had a pleasant/soft cinnamon smell. Cons (likely being a bit picky here, but worth noting, I think): • Utility closet (we think) is located behind a locked door in the bedroom. It is incredibly loud and turns on/off at any time. • Bed in bedroom was firm for our liking. Only one charge dock, 4 pillows, 2 duvets (no covers) • Cleanliness: While overall clean, we noticed some splatters on the stove, toilet lid and back of bathroom door. Bit dusty. Dryer had not been emptied. • There were only 3 bath towels. Not ideal for a fam of 4. Suggest bringing your own if you have more than 3 guests. • Second door on laundry closet does not open easily. • Shower head is small and not really positionable. The drain is in a well, so watch where you step because the floor is uneven. • Dining table is glass and coffee table is mirrored. Beware with little ones.

Loved the condo. Walking distance to everything we wanted in TVC. Clean. Good communication. We actually managed to park in the designated lot all four days of our trip. Would certainly stay again.

Condo was exactly as pictured - clean, updated and easy walking distance to so much in the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return, would stay here again. Parking lot was always full but parking lot was literally steps outside the door and parking on the first floor meant overnight parking was free. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo was as pictured and very clean inside. Bed was comfortable and nice to have coffee and cream for the morning. Check in super easy as well. We were able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. During the week we were able to get parking in the back lot. Short drive to the wineries. Also short walk to the Boardman trail for a great hike around the lake. A perfect getaway would stay here again.

This was a great spot for my stay in Traverse City, close enough to everything downtown while still being a quiet spot to rest. The unit had all the amenities I needed for my stay and comes with a great list of suggestions for places to try out in town.

The Capri 106 has a charming aesthetic with great amenities. It’s located less than a 10 minute walk away from many great restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend staying here.

Shower has a very very slippery floor and center drain design ( recessed drain area ) really sucks. The slippery floor is dangerous and there was no rubber mat available to compensate. OTHERWISE A GREAT PLACE. Oh ya the master bedroom only had one charging puck, usually both people have phones. Just Saying.

Perfect for what we needed. Tiny, but adorable and has everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Walkable to downtown. The free parking is extremely limited (we were never able to get a spot), but the parking garage is right next door. Just plan on spending the extra $20/night and you’ll be fine. We liked it so much we are staying again when we go to TC in August.
