    We stayed for a very enjoyable month, from mid October to mid November 2019. The unit was spotlessly clean and the owner was very amenable to our needs. The location was perfect, less than two hours from both Key West and the Everglades. It was also within walking distance of one of the best restaurants in Islamorada, Marker 88, which we highly recommend. The pool was very nice and was never crowded, we never saw more than six people using it at the same time. Most of the time we had the pool completely to ourselves. There is a fishing pier on site that is just a two minute walk from the unit. If you’re an early riser it’s the perfect place to view incredible sun rises. As an avid fisherman the proximity of the pier allowed me to fish every day. The fishing was excellent. Over the course of the month I caught upwards of 50 sharks along with sting rays , barracuda, tarpon, snappers , bluefish and Cowfish. It’s a fisherman’s paradise. My wife, daughter, son in law and grandson all had a wonderful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and will almost certainly be returning myself.

    Our group was comprised of four women, all of whom were in a residency program at the local Montessori school. We stayed for two and a half weeks and this was our home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked, with especially excellent knives, which was important because we cooked a lot of meals at home. Having two full bathrooms between the four of us was crucial too. Our only issue with the space was that it had been advertised to have a futon in addition to the double bed in the second bedroom, which it did not. Luckily, we used the air mattress provided, but it was a long two and a half weeks on an air mattress. It would be good for the description online to match the sleeping arrangements in the condo for future rentals. The pool was lovely and we swam most every day. We watched sunrises on the pier and walked along the road just outside the condominiums to get our exercise. It was the perfect proximity to Islamorada and Key Largo. There's a lot of paperwork to sign in order to rent this place, but it was worth it for us. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner's attention to detail and hospitality, too! We're recommending this space to the Montessori school for future residencies and would definitely stay here again if we return.
