Stayed Jul 5, 2025The condo was very clean and spacious. People were friendly and pool and hot tub refreshing. WiFi and password are reversed on the email. Drive to the beach was not bad. Unlike a lot of other beach areas, the restaurants had no wait time which was great. And plenty close to choose from plus the outlet malls are a plus for tax-free shopping.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The property was very nice but it was too from the beach and entertainment. The parking is the worst part. We had to pay to park to go to the beach and Rehobeth beach and boardwalk was not pleasant, very crowded. I felt like the minority and unsafe. Never again. Dewey beach was much better but I’ll stick with Jersey from now on. The VRBO APP IS HORRIBLE. Terrible communication. They told me the hot tub was broken at the facility for a week and it wasn’t true. Totally incompetent.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A five minute drive to the beach, this quiet condo was sparkling clean with plenty of crisp white linens. We heard no neighbors and the pond fountain provided nice white noise for the master bedroom. Kitchen supplies are basic but nice. Bring all consumables: salt and pepper, keurig pods, sweetener, etc. Bring hangers for the second bedroom's large closet (master BR has no closet, but several drawers), and BYO hair dryer. Feels bigger than the 1,100 square feet because of taller ceilings, light decor. The pool was lovely and hot tub HOT. Will definitely return!

Stayed Sep 1, 2024We had a wonderful time staying at this property. So close to both the beach and shopping outlets as well as grocery stores. Really enjoyed using the hot tub as well.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall a clean and nice place that is close to outlets and close enough to the beaches. Pool Is small but decent. Unfortunately the hot tub is broken. Quiet location once you get away from the street side of the complex. Screened in porch is lovely.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023The place is very comfortable, was very clean, ready for our arrival. My only complaints are: no coffee maker, but there is a Keurig, which worked perfectly fine. Also, no ironing board/iron. Plenty of cable TV, very comfortable living area. Excellent wifi - however, the network name and password provided are reversed. Took a minute to correct this. The linen service is spectacular!!! Immaculately clean, professional service. Overall, I have no complaints!!!!
