Very nice intimate condo with beautiful beach and spectacular views

The beach view was awesome and we loved our stay at Shore Villas! Hope to make a return trip!

The condo was very nice with such a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. It is a place I would stay again if I’m in new Smyrna.

Due to mobility issue, my main requirement was close proximity to the beach and pool and parking lot. This unit was excellent for us. The beach was clear of weeds, communication with owner was prompt, on site property manager was friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful unit and vacation.

We loved the place- especially having a side window to open and look up the beach- that really opens up the livingroom . Everything was clean and nice, really great stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large with access from the living room and master bedroom. We were directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony every morning! The property manager and condo owner were both available for any questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The almost part was because of the maintenance work being done while we were there. It was loud at times, but the building manager and the workers were very courteous and polite. We underantand that maintenance needs to be do so didn't let it bother us too much.

The condo is awesome for getting as close to ocean front as you can get to! This is my second time there and plan on going to the condo yearly. I have no complaints. Nice condo manager, the Wi-Fi went out, he called it in immediately.. beautiful week all around.

My sister and I needed a relaxing week, and we certainly got it! We love this place so much that this is our second time staying there. Ted, the owner made sure everything was good when we got there and Sam, the facility manager was super all week! We highly recommend this condo.

Place is great, clean, location good, views exceptional. It is a smaller complex and pool was nice but super small and quiet, same people in same spots everyday and you were not supposed to have drinks by the pool and felt if you made any noise by the pool like having fun, you would annoy people. That said, beach is an extra 10 steps away and our teenage children had fun there and my wife and I enjoyed our adult beverages there. Probably not the place for kids but overall very nice, only a 4 for the atmosphere.

This place was a great spot for our family to spend a week!! The views are stunning! The ocean side balcony off of the living room and bedroom was amazing! The elevator and appearance of the condos as we walked to our end was a little sketchy/rough looking but when we opened the door to our condo it was everything that it says that it is! It was clean with lots of space! Easy beach/ocean access! Close to restaurants and things to do! Sam was available for any questions and was friendly! My family would fully recommend stayIng here!!

Great ocean side condo.

The microwave did not work which made it more difficult to fix our meals and due to cooler temps we were inside more than we liked and with repairs going on we had to listen to jack hammers off and on all day, which made it very difficult to even hear the TV. Other than that the condo was very nice.

Enjoyed our stay. Equipped with everything needed for our stay. To mention some of the positive things: the location, the best balcony and view, furniture and bedding very comfortable, combination lock on door is a plus, not having to deal with keys. Grounds and pool are kept in perfect condition. Manager Sam always friendly and helpful.

This condo was fantastic. Communication with the owner was quick and super helpful. The views can’t be beat. It has to have the best, unrestricted views in the whole complex. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. The area is great and the beach and pool can’t be beat. The property manager, Sam was fantastic and was so friendly and genuine. Would recommend this place to anyone. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week long vacation.
