The condo was very nice, clean and easily accommodated 5 adults. The elevator made the 2nd story assessable for the disable veteran who was traveling with us. But the BEST part is the ocean view from the balcony, which is assessable from the living room & the master suite. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as it was closed for cleaning for the majority of the week but it was addressed quickly by the host who sent us a partial refund. We enjoyed ourselves during a week of truly resting & relaxing and eating at all of the wonderful restaurants. We would surly stay again next time we go to New Smyrna Beach.

Hello this is my third year to the condo and I love the view and property however this year I was extremely disappointed I wasnt notified the pool was under renovation because I wouldn’t have spent over 200 on a bathing suit and coverup. I do plan on staying again and hoping for better communication or compensation of a discount next year.

We had an amazing stay here over spring break. The location truly couldn’t be better—being right on the beach made everything so easy and relaxing, especially with kids. We spent so much time just enjoying the view and going back and forth from the beach without any hassle.The place itself was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it a great experience for guests.The host was also great to work with—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a big difference.Overall, this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. We would absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.

We have stayed here for several years now. It is always the place we want to be in New Smyrna Beach! The manager, Sam, goes above and beyond to help us. This year was a bit strange because they are renourishing the beach right in front of the condo, but we will be back next year!

The condo was very nice with such a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. It is a place I would stay again if I’m in new Smyrna.

Due to mobility issue, my main requirement was close proximity to the beach and pool and parking lot. This unit was excellent for us. The beach was clear of weeds, communication with owner was prompt, on site property manager was friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful unit and vacation.

We loved the place- especially having a side window to open and look up the beach- that really opens up the livingroom . Everything was clean and nice, really great stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large with access from the living room and master bedroom. We were directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony every morning! The property manager and condo owner were both available for any questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The almost part was because of the maintenance work being done while we were there. It was loud at times, but the building manager and the workers were very courteous and polite. We underantand that maintenance needs to be do so didn't let it bother us too much.

The condo is awesome for getting as close to ocean front as you can get to! This is my second time there and plan on going to the condo yearly. I have no complaints. Nice condo manager, the Wi-Fi went out, he called it in immediately.. beautiful week all around.

My sister and I needed a relaxing week, and we certainly got it! We love this place so much that this is our second time staying there. Ted, the owner made sure everything was good when we got there and Sam, the facility manager was super all week! We highly recommend this condo.

Place is great, clean, location good, views exceptional. It is a smaller complex and pool was nice but super small and quiet, same people in same spots everyday and you were not supposed to have drinks by the pool and felt if you made any noise by the pool like having fun, you would annoy people. That said, beach is an extra 10 steps away and our teenage children had fun there and my wife and I enjoyed our adult beverages there. Probably not the place for kids but overall very nice, only a 4 for the atmosphere.

This place was a great spot for our family to spend a week!! The views are stunning! The ocean side balcony off of the living room and bedroom was amazing! The elevator and appearance of the condos as we walked to our end was a little sketchy/rough looking but when we opened the door to our condo it was everything that it says that it is! It was clean with lots of space! Easy beach/ocean access! Close to restaurants and things to do! Sam was available for any questions and was friendly! My family would fully recommend stayIng here!!

Great ocean side condo.

The microwave did not work which made it more difficult to fix our meals and due to cooler temps we were inside more than we liked and with repairs going on we had to listen to jack hammers off and on all day, which made it very difficult to even hear the TV. Other than that the condo was very nice.
